    Once past the host we had very good service. We ordered from the chef recommendation card and everything was very good. Our waiter Isaiah (I think) was very good and attentive. It is usually pretty noisy and I didn’t catch his name that well.

    We were warmly greeted by Kimberly, who is delightful. She is warm, friendly , and welcoming. Our server, Fionn was excellent . He was attentive, without being overbearing. He made good suggestions and made sure that we had everything that we needed. We enjoyed the South African Red wine, which we had never had before. The only reason that I didn’t give the food a five was that one of the dishes could have been warmer.. Fionn did offer to have it heated. All in all, we had a delightful time and will definitely return and recommend Cooper’s Hawk to others. Cathy Kriegshauser

    The food was delicious, except for the desserts. I ordered the key lime pie, and it was mostly crust with very little key lime. My husband had the creme brulee and it was just OK. Next time, we'll eat dessert somewhere else after our meal. Also, there was a very loud table close to us in the middle of the room that prevented us from being able to hear each other. So frustrating.

    This is a chain that private labels wine as their own, and there is nothing wrong with that. The wine is OK. Food is excellent. The service is competent but clueless about the menu or the wines. One could do worse on the Plaza.

    This is typically one of our favorite places, but this was not our favorite experience. Everything about our service experience was just off. The hostess noted for our servers that we required gluten-free, but we didn’t and had to clear that up. We had two individuals serving our table, but still we ended up forgotten - empty water glasses, dishes piling up on the table, wine “with dinner” arriving after our meals were half consumed, etc. Though this was an early dinner and the restaurant was definitely not at capacity, a table near us was excessively loud. The ladies were enjoying a flight of wines and additional cocktails. It just became very uncomfortable. Typically, we order dessert when dining at Cooper’s Hawk, but on this occasion, we just wanted to pay our bill and leave.

    Dined for lunch before going to the TMobile Center for a basketball game. Our server was attentive and kind and funny. Our food was great. Got the lunch special and wine pairing for it. All was great.

    The food here is consistently excellent and the driver for our return visits. We came specifically because we both had a craving for their blackened ahi entree. The Asian slaw and cilatro citrus rice are the perfect accompaniments to the tuna. We started with the barrel reserve red, which we loved. Our Caesar salad came out as expected, then we waited nearly an hour for the entree. I don't doubt the order got misplaced, but neither our server or a wandering manager would acknowledge that. Their reply was that they were busy and it was coming soon. We weren't in a great hurry, but this was an unusually long lag time.

    We went to Cooper's Hawk for our anniversary. We were extremely impressed with the overall feel of the restaurant. The food was outstanding. We had chicken madeira, mahi mahi and drunken shrimp. All was extremely delicious. Not sure if our waiter was new to the profession or what but services took a while to get. There was no recognition of our anniversary other than a card that said bday. The bill was presented before we were completely finished eating and no opportunity for desserts was offered. But even with that issue, we will definitely go back. Want to try some of the other entrees they offer.

    Our waiter, Elijah, was absolutely stellar. Extremely personable and truly went above and behind. We have dined at CH many times, but this particular dinner stood out because of the above bar service! Food was excellent!

    Cooper’s Hawk is a great venue. We loved the atmosphere! The staff was friendly and helpful. Jayden, our server was fantastic!!! He made some great recommendations for wine tastings. We never felt like we were waiting for him, Jayden anticipated our needs for food, water and wine. He was very attentive even though the restaurant was packed. He brought some terrific energy to the table each time he was present! He made our birthday girl feel special. The food was excellent! Our party gushed over the presentation and flavor of the food. We are looking forward to coming back for another wine tasting and food adventure. Keep up the good work!

    Being off for Presidents’ Day, I wanted to surprise my husband with lunch there. He’s wanted to go forever. I did make a reservation. We got there early and we were seated immediately. The staff were friendly and helpful. We ordered cocktails which came out quickly. They were delicious. We ordered the suggested appetizer which was a mushroom flat bread which came out in a reasonable time. Hot. Flavorful. Small enough for an appetizer but also good for a small lunch. Lunch was salmon with wasabi and chicken giardiniera. Both had mashed potatoes served with them. Both were hot, fresh and flavorful. We did save room for dessert. Highly recommend their crème brûlée. Spectacular. As far as the noise level there were two larger parties and as parties go, they get noisy. I feel that seating might have been better a bit more spread out but it didn’t impede our enjoyment. Server checked back multiple times without being intrusive. All in all an enjoyable experience. Cost was $110 without tip. We’ll be back again for lunch. Not sure I want to see the dinner prices. 😊

    We had a 6:30 reservation, we arrived early and the hostess said they were behind on reservations so we had about a 45 minute wait. We got drinks at the bar and everything was perfect after getting seated despite the wait time. We got a free dessert on the house so it was a nice thank you for the trouble. Have been a few times and will of course be back

    Cooper's Hawk is one of our favorite go to restaurants on the Plaza. As always, the food quality is superb and delicious. We did have a couple issues as a couple of the people in our party of 4 were given the wrong side items with their meals but this issue was corrected by the restaurant. All in all another pleasant dining experience. We will definitely be back.

    The service was awesome. All the food we had was great. Had to wait a little on our main dish, the manager came over and apologized and we didn’t even say anything, I was really surprised. Will definitely come back.

    Our server seemed to be overwhelmed. We had to ask for cutlery and napkin. Ordered appetizer that came out relatively quickly. Unfortunately, one entree as served was incorrect. The individual serving the food was (perhaps) a floor manager who was extremely apologetic and offered to put in an order for the correct entree. In the meantime, he suggested my that my spouse enjoy the filet she did not order and he would pack up the correct order (medallions) to go. Also ordered wine with the meal which wasn't decanted until after we received our entrees. The manager checked on us several times and, in addition to setting up a take-away meal, "comp'd" our shared dessert. As we were leaving, the manager stopped by again to offer his apologies for the mishap. Nevertheless, we do look forward to our visits to Cooper's hawk and chalk up this event to a one-off experience. We'll be back again soon.

    Always a great experience! Food is fantastic in taste and presentation. Service is prompt, professional, and helpful. I think the portions have become smaller, but pricing seems to have stayed the same. Overall it’s a great experience and worth the money!

    Convenient location and delicious food. Hire more service staff as business appears to being doing very well, but HR staffing shortage seems to be why it took 17 minutes to get seated and the frenetic behavior among the staff.

    Jayden if that’s how you spell it was amazing. His brutal honesty was very helpful in making the right selection. Every restaurant needs a Jayden. 5+ stars. We had the steak medallions, and had the shrimp and scallop risotto, which was perfect.The wine choice was perfect.

    We ALWAYS have exceptional service at this Coopershawk and the food is always splendid! The service this evening was just not up to the normal standards. Dana was our server and she was not very cordial.
