We had a really great time! We sat outside overlooking the pool and the ocean. The food was excellent we were really surprised being that this is a resort restaurant. I got the steak flatbread which was very unique and delicious and my husband got a cheeseburger but that too was excellent. The service, the drinks, the food, the views Are all wonderful and I would highly recommend trying this spot!!
The food and service were very good.
The wine list is rather limited.
We were disappointed that this is a restaurant in the hotel lobby and people kept coming and going from the pool.
Overall - good food good service, poor ambience.
Do try the Crab Cake. It was wonderful. We received permission to walk down to the beach after dinner. Very accommodating .
We dined at Coast twice this week, because the food and service are excellent! Our waitress suggested the grouper and it was mouth watering. Wow! The staff adjusted our table reservation to meet our desires, allowing us to enjoy an indoor table, when the wind picked up and temperature dropped.
Fantastic meal. Beautiful Sunset. Good service. Worth every dollar!
Nice outdoor setting with a view of the Gulf. Food wa good arrive promptly and was hot! Wish the wine list had more European wines
Food and service were very good - there were few people there so it was very quiet - It might be noisy if there are a lot of people in the pool as the outside seating overlooks the pool. It was a very pleasant evening for us
Great service delicious food and fantastic view of the water! We will definitely be back!
Sweet 16. Beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico. Service was top notch.
Mother’s Day & Husband’s 50th Birthday
This restaurant needs a new menu. The menu/quality is simply NOT what this location requires. The view is beautiful and the staff were fine. It was the quality of the food which was just bad. We will not be back unless it has major changes.
Seriously where is the bread? We were told we could not even buy it.
The food was very good and the view was great. I was expecting more of a restaurant as this was just a few tables outside the hotel. Seemed more like the restaurant you would eat at if you were staying there and didn’t want to go out unlike a resort’s restaurant.
We asked the first waitress to pull up her mask. Which was hanging somewhere near her chin. Suddenly we had a different waitress ( who was great) and the same waitress waited in ever one else. Pretty rude and childish behavior. Otherwise the food was good but overpriced. And HOT All the tables are in direct sunlight tho with no umbrellas so something to consider.
We had a lovely time! Last minute family gathering to honor or grandmother/mother. They were super accommodating and the food was top notch. Everyone - the valet, food runners, and server - so kind and helpful.
Gorgeous ocean-view restaurant in a little boutique hotel.
The fish was very salty & dry. The view was beautiful, but for the money the food should be better. Was disappointed.
It was for my birthday.. we had an amazing dinner and the view was spectacular
Arrived on time for reservation and got seated. At least 15 minutes went by without any service at all. When requesting for someone to come to the table, it took another 10 minutes. After ordering drinks, they were served another 10-15 minutes later. After 45 minutes our order still was not taken and therefore we paid for the drinks and chose to go elsewhere for dinner.
The Mahi Mahi was dry from being overcooked, for that caliber of a restaurant, I would have hoped for perfection. The encrusted crab cake served on top was not as flavorful as hoped and mine had multiple shells to crunch through, my fiend's was fine. The service was great, staff were very friendly and the view from sitting outdoors was beautiful. We were staying at Edgewater for the week and had lunch and breakfast there, glad I had dinner elsewhere the rest of the week, one night was plenty, unfortunately not impressed so much with my fish. I would try a different dish if I were to patron them again. Now the beach service was great, multiple lunch and cocktails, the coconut mojitos and fresh Margheritas were delicious, had several each day and the service was quick, wish they didn't charge extra for umbrellas, it's the point, especially while your paying well to stay there for the week already, but it is a beautiful beachfront, my friend and I enjoyed it there very much there.
Felt extremely rushed and the place was quiet.Salad to start was fine but the main course came out the second we finished it. My husband’s grouper was good, risotto, fair, asparagus- best thing on both our plates. What was described as a crab crusted mahi mahi was really overcooked and dry and pretty much inedible. Somewhat of a saving grace was they served an actual large crab cake with it which was decent and the jasmine rice was good. Overall a disappointment and we wouldn’t go back as the cost of our dinner did not meet the quality.
I had the grouper for $46. It came with asparagus and Parmesan risotto. The food was delicious. The ambience of the outdoor seating is mediocre. The service was good.
It's a lovely setting and a nice ambience, but the food was very average and the prices were outrageous. I ordered the grouper over parmesan risotto with a buere blanc. What came out was an overly-sauced white blob of food. I could barely eat it. And it cost $46! Despite the setting, I don't see us racing back there anytime soon.
For sure, a skip in Naples. Dined here on a Thursday evening, and the service was subpar as best. Food was okay, drinks were good, views were good, valet no where to be found, service was no where to be found our server stopped by our table maybe every 30 minutes, long wait times for food, did not offer another round of drinks or dessert. Had to flag down our server after 20 minutes of finishing our meal just for the bill. All in all there are way better places in Naples to catch a sunset and great meal with great service and not sit somewhere for 2 hours with no drinks or food.
We were seated and provided drinks in a timely fashion, but after ordering our meals, it took almost an hour before we received them. This restaurant was not busy at the time and is not even a large place to begin with, so it was completely unacceptable that it took the chef that long to prepare our meals. That was a serious issue and a huge complaint, but other than that, the restaurant is right on the water and has a great view of the sunset. So as long as you have a few hours to spend for dinner, it's a good place to stop by!
We celebrate our daughter and son in law anniversary there for past 4 years ( except during covid ) atmosphere on patio is always a plus - food has been better but always good - sunsets beautiful!
This is the first time out of many times eating at Coast that I was disappointed. Bar was extremely slow. Also many of us ordered the shrimp lobster dish as we have had it in the past. The sauce was different very thick and starchy. We all were disappointed as it was always “lick your plate” in the past. The lovely beach and gulf view is the best reason to go back.
The food and atmosphere were terrific. The service was very bad, slow and not very welcoming.
It was Easter Sunday and we had reservations. For the price the main entree was just average. We sat outside and the service was incredibly slow. Our server only had our table outside so I think she must have been busy inside. The sides on our plate were cold. The bite size appetizer was good but two would have been nice. The dessert was the best part of the meal, amazing! The view was spectacular!
A small menu, good food, a little on the costly side. Great service and view of ocean.
Sunset dining was nice but having to look at loud kids playing the pool is not the best ambiance.
Food was good but there is better in Naples on 5th
Great experience. Steak was tasty and the mashed potatoes with steamed cauliflower was terrific. And the lobster and shrimp ravioli is recommended as well! Just go.
Food was excellent but overpriced. Server was friendly and gracious. Atmosphere was poor. Overlooking loud pool area with walkway from pool to hotel directly by our table. Food way overpriced. I would pay this much for the food in an upscale restaurant but not here
Had a lovely dinner. Beautiful view. Staff attentive. Was a little loud due to overhang in outdoor area
Excellent food and service
Thank you so much for your excellent review, we're happy to read that you enjoyed your time at Coast.
Enjoyed being outside for dinner and the sunset view was beautiful. The grouper with parmesan risotto and asparagus was outstanding and the chicken breast with rice and broccoli rabe was delicious. Complimentary valet parking simplified our arrival at the restaurant. Staff was courteous, efficient and very pleasant.
The Grouper was excellent. The seafood ravioli was a delightful surprise with lobster and shrimp served on top.
The views from our table were sensational. Our server was pleasant, however, it took over an hour for our food to come out. My salmon was delicious and my daughter enjoyed her vegetable plate. We ordered dessert to go. My tiramisu tasted rancid when we got home. Wound up throwing it away ($11). My daughter’s monkey bread was just fair. Thought since we waited so long for our food that something would be offered for compensation. Not worth the price or wait.
My daughter and I enjoyed the views but Caesar salad was average but mahi with crab was very good. No bread was weird. Went to this restaurant before Covid and it was much better. Very average. Try harder to get repeat customers. Service was excellent. But average in the food.
Excellent atmosphere and food. We will be back again!
