Excellent food and excellent service. It is shame that the outside of the windows are soooo dirty that they take away from the view, but the windows are 27 floors up. We very much enjoyed our visit - even though we thought some dishes were over priced.

Two Buds and I spent two nights at Morongo and went to Cielo both nights. Both meals were among the best I have ever had. I am serious. Steak on night one was perfect and the Chapeno on night two was one of the best dishes I have ever had. Service was excellent and the drinks were also top-notch. If you ever get a chance to go to Cielo if you are passing through or staying at Morongo, I would advise you to go. It is amazing.

An dining experience one has to try at least once with delectable steaks and seafood. The waiter was very detailed orientated over the menu, but seemed to explain most of the fine delicacies to my date, rather than both of us. Wonderful views from the top of the tower, though the temperature was a bit stuffy, and the music was rather tacky.

Nice view, and the services was good...But the filet was overcooked, Caesar dressing was mayo-based, french onion soup was just sad. Not worth the high price tag, for sub-par food.

Great Food, Great Service. Be careful what you order as they are big portions. I was so surprised at the size of the plates, I could not finish because I ordered too much, and you would never think like that for a high end restaurant. A must try if you ever stay at Morongo.

We enjoyed our dining at Cielo. The overall experience was worth the drive. We came from Los Angeles for Mother's Day. The ambiance was amazing. We were on the 27th Floor overlooking the desert in Cabazon. The dining area was clean. The food was great. We tried the lobster, the steak, the calamari, the coconut shrimp, and the bacon mashed potatoes. For dessert, we had the butter cake. It was so good and not that sweet. The cake was topped with vanilla ice cream. We will definitely be back again.

Our sea bass was both undercooked. Told the waiter and he did nothing about it. It was gummy and gross. I order sea bass everywhere I go and I have never had it served like this. It was our Anniversary dinner. It was not good but it was expensive.

This was my first time eating at the restaurant although I have been to Morongo many times. Located 27 floors up allowed for great desert views. The restaurant is not too large which allows for a peaceful atmosphere. We were greater by the host, David, who was very polite, professional, and welcoming. Our table was serviced by Enrique. Let's just say best I've experienced in a long time. Enrique is very passionate about his job and the service he provides to customers. The way he describes the food makes you want to oder everything. I highly recommend having dinner here. The food was exceptional!

Food was spectacular. My wife and I shared the chef's special, wagyu tomahawk steak, with sides of asparagus, loaded mashed potatoes, and shrimp. Everything was phenomenal, with the shrimp being the only thing that wasn't "wow". For dessert we got the butter cake and it was amazing! I also ordered a mai tai that was also delicious. View was great, decor was fantastic. Will definitely come back!

What an incredible dining experience from start to finish. Enrique was our waiter, the service was top notch, Jacob and everyone that worked there were very attentive. I had the lobster tail and my wife had the organic lemon roasted chicken. The food and drinks were superb. I highly recommend cielo!

One of my best experiences yet. Once you get pass the casino, we took the elevator up to the 27th floor where we were greeting by an amazing view of the mountains and city. After exiting the elevator the walkway wraps around and leads you to the restaurant, where again there is an amazing view. We were celebrating my husbands birthday. The food was delicious. Our server was Jared and he was extremely attentive and very knowledgeable. His suggestions were spot on. I had the lamb chops and they were sooooooo good. Did I mention that the portions a huge so you will definitely be satisfied. It was like we had our own personal server. The restaurant was wonderful.

We had a wonderful time celebrating my wife's birthday at Cielo. Enrique was our waiter and he was absolutely fantastic. Everything he recommended was absolutely on point. I was impressed with his knowledge of the menu and its pairings. He suggested the "Oscar Style" enhancement of our steak be put on the side so no sauce would be on top of the meat and he was so right... the meat was absolutely delicious on its own. It did not need any sauce or gravy. Adding sauce would have covered the great flavor of our tomahawk steak. Thank you Enrique for the wine suggestion as well.

Seated away from the front and did not seem to get as much attention as tables closer to the front. Things came out much slower than nearby tables and did not keep pouring the wine or filling the water glasses. The food was very good but received stares from the staff while we picked the crab leg like we were out of our minds getting the small pieces like blue crabs. Had a much better experience sitting at the bar in the past.
