   Our favorite upscale restaurant in New Orleans. We love the lobster tails. The asparagus and spinach was GREAT.

   One of the BEST fillets I’ve ever had ( and we travel extensively)! We will absolutely add this restaurant to our “must do’s” while in NOLA!!!

   Waiting and customer service was good, however I ask for my steak to be prepared medium well and it was really red. Sent it back and it came back charred on the outside but still red on the inside. I didn’t wanted to send it back so I just kept it. My wife ate a pieces of my steak and has been ill for the last 24 hours.

   We were seated at a table on a hill outside and we had to ask for a new table. That was fine. Drinks and bread were delicious. We ordered our steaks and they took great care to ask how we wanted them cooked but delivered us the the wrong steaks (swapped my filet and her strip) cooked at the wrong temperatures. The waitress did not seem interested in a solution other than putting my rare steak back on the grill a half hour later when she checked in on us and couldn’t do anything about the overcooked steak for my sister in law. For $60 a steak, we deserved to be happy and receive the correct one. Not even an apology because she obviously wrote them down incorrectly based on where the server placed them in front of us and we had to swap. Not the upscale experience you expect. The sides were very good but not at the price point of the steaks.

   The food was excellent as always along with the service Nancy did a good job taking care of us on that busy night Then sitting at the piano listening 🎶 to Michael O'Hara was very enjoyable

   Its was a pretty busy Friday night yet the hostess, our server, and Jenny made sure we taken care of. We ordered the Baked Shrimp, which is a must have appetizer! It was absolutely delicious. We also had the Delmonico steak. It was seasoned to perfection and cooked perfectly. I enjoyed my experience at Chophouse yet again!
