   Disappointing overall. Venue/location as part of a hotel lacked intimacy, and the food was heavy and underwhelming. Best thing was the service team who were friendly and helpful. Unlikely to return again even though the venue was local to us.

   The food was really good! We decided to go for the set menu and it was a good value for money considering the amount of food that we got! Service was very attentive!

   Really lovely food and drinks. Great entertainment too - very engaging and energetic singer. Experience somewhat let down by poor service. Clearly understaffed and those that were there seemed very inexperienced. The manager was excellent though and did his best to cover for the rest of the staff but was rushed off his feet.

   Wonderful experience a great example of a vibrant modern restaurant exceptional service of hospitality and great tasting food. They are also flexible and cater to ones dietary needs in an instant. Depending on the night, different entertainment, but always fantastic. 5 stars for this unique and special place.

   The views over the river Thames are great. The drinks service was fine. The starters also fine. The problems started when the main course arrived. Three dishes arrived, each different. The other two dishes, both of them the same as one of the three served, didn’t arrive for fifteen or twenty minutes. The three dishes that were served didn’t arrive with cutlery. The staff had to be prompted for cutlery, and only delivered two sets. The staff had to be reminded about the third set. When the other two dishes arrived one of the previsouly served had to be sent back because it was too cold . As I was in a group of people ready to move on I didn’t complain , and my companions were praising me for the choice of restaurant. The staff were kind and willing to help just obviously poorly trained. The three piece band live music (Friday night) was fantastic. Enjoyed by all in the restaurant.

   Arrived at restaurant, met by friendly staff and taken to table, offered water which arrived straight away . Had a table with river view and listened to live music. Noticed other diners arriving after ourselves After 20 minutes the other diners (who had arrived after us) had placed their orders for food, We still had not had a waiter attend to us so decided to leave which was a shame as this was booked for my partners 60th birthday present and the menu looked fantastic Can’t comment on food but the service was awful. Would not recommend this restaurant and spoilt a lovely few days away
