This was our third visit to Chart House. Our previous experiences were excellent. Not sure what changed but the food was mediocre at best and lukewarm in temperature. We will not be returning anytime soon. Oklahoma Tourists

Overall really nice meal spoiled by this restaurant's devious credit card upcharge of 3.5%. Was very surprised to see this on the bill. This is a restaurant's cost of doing business and I have never seen this before. Who in the world pays cash for a meal at the prices they are charging? I asked our server for a menu after seeing the bill - it was noted but on the COVER PAGE of the menu. Again, who looks at the cover page of a menu? There was no indication of this charge on any of the inside pages where the food/prices are listed. I hope the 3.5% was worth it to them as this will be our last visit to a Chart House.

This place needs an overhaul. Dated and pretty worn out. No A/C working in the main dining room where they want to seat you. So if you are a fan of eating in 85 degree tempatures go for it. Otherwise avoid. Recemptionist was boardering on rude when we asked be located to a cooler area of teh restaurant. Its a bar not as restaurant.

Ate dinner early so wasn't crowded yet and was able to sit in balcony area over looking the harbor. Very nice and relaxing for dinner. The prime rib was tender and cooked as requested (medium rare). Wish though it had a bit more seasoning to bring more flavor. Not a fan of the fries. I knew that from a previous visit but forgot and ordered them again. They are more like potato wedges then fries.

Our food was delicious, however our experience was subpar. Our service was ok , but did mot come by to check on us. Wanted more drinks, but no one came by to ask how the food tasted ( which was delicious, no problem with food), or if we wanted more drinks. At this point, apps were finished and we only had one drink each. When entrees served asked for wine. Not received when waiter come to check so we canceled and paid. Not the best or worst, just disappointed. Not our first time at Chart House , have been going since it first opened. Not sure if it’s worth the drive in.

We had a great time celebrating a birthday. Food was wonderful but it was very warm sitting by the doors. Very tight, several large parties so people had to maneuver around tables. Fans should have been turned on sooner than later. Besides everything. We had a great time

ワイキキトロリーの遅延で、予約時間に遅れたにも関わらず迎えてもらえたし、とても素敵な席だった。ズッキーニのフライも、Stuffed Mushroomsも海老とホタテのスキャンピもサラダも美味しかった。記念写真を撮ってくれたり、声かけてくれたりして店員さんも優しかったです。また、行きたいです。

Not too pleased and we won't return here. Quality of the food was good, but the preparation was poor, ie, chunky cut sashima, steak ordered MR was raw/cold in the middle. No acknowlegement of our anniversary or our request to sit on the balcony despite several balcony tables open when we arrived. The waitstaff was gracious, except for the host who greeted us. The venue got hot and loud as the evening went on with inadequate ceiling fans trying to keep up; it was a relief to finish our meal and go outside. The view is very nice, but there are lots of food choices in Waikiki at this price point. We'll explore other options next trip.

The Chart House was recommended to us while on our trip to Oahu. Unfortunately my husbands meal of marinated steak was awful & expensive. A double whammy! If the meal was good than you don’t mind paying a little higher price. My meal of Mahi-mahi was good. I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant.

We very much enjoyed our dinner experience here! Lovely table for two over looking the harbor, location is great. Good value, not over priced. Garlic mashed potatoes were delicious. Filet & stuff shrimp both excellent. Service was hustling! Don’t overlook this restaurant on the edge of Wakikik.

The food was great but the restaurant was very warm. On a hot day we needed AC but there was only ceiling fans. Service was excellent but they could have given smaller portions to help bring the cost down. Would definitely go again but would share a meal. They gave us an anniversary card and desert since were celebrating our anniversary.

The ambience was wonderful. Travelling solo, so getting a table was easy and on the patio which was nice. Service was subpar. I think my server thought "table for one," not worth the effort. I was disappointed in the service by the food was great. Will I be back? Probably not, unless with a group. I would recommend this restaurant if not dining solo.

My friend and I are visiting Honolulu for first time. The taxi driver from the airport suggested The Chart House highly. We lived in Long Island, NY and enjoy to ge surrounding by beaches and marinas. We thought it was the perfect fit. I have to mentioned that as soon we walked in the waitress and the person that was in the main booth didn’t greet us kindly. She rolled her eyes then told us to follow her. When we suggested if we could sit by balcony to admired the water, she said: NO because that wasn’t available due to waitresses section” We enjoyed our meal, the food was delicious and the pairing wine was tasty. Our waiter Mike was polite and gave us time to enjoy our dinner. As a visitor it is important to treat all Your customers with respect and kindness!!! Mabel 💞
