It is the only independently owned Chart House existing in Hawaii, though 24 additional locations exist throughout the continental United States. Great service by not only our waiters but the entire staff. Everyone was very friendly. Complimented us on our attire. Food was fantastic, both taste and presentation.

Accommodated request for a table with view of the Harbour. Attentive service by waiter but felt hurried by busboy who returned repeatedly to take bread away, repeated question if this dish was completed. Water glass refilled but dripped the ice water as he passed the pitcher of cold water over and on my head and left a water trail on table. Polite receptionist who took a group shot of our group. Food very tasty and presented in a “dated” and nostalgic plating.

Chart House never disappoints. The new look and feel of the restaurant is great although we do miss the dimmer and more old style nautical feel of the previous design. But excellent just the same. Service and food are still impeccable.

I expected more. The place did not feel clean. Servers was very attentive. Coconut shrimp was delicious. My swordfish was over cooked.

I liked being seated at a corner table for two overlooking the harbor. While the noise was lively inside, it was quiet on the “deck.” The food was good but a bit pricey for the quantity you get.

First time eating here and it was overall a good experience. Definitely will return to try some other menu items that looked good. French onion soup was good. I also ordered the Pan seared crusted Ahi which I liked also. Noise level is quite loud with all the other tables conversations. But nothing too loud that you have to speak loudly with your own dinner guests.
