This Mother’s Day Brunch , we’re cranking up the volume with the return of a Sunset Marquis legend... our rockstar brunch buffet, curated by Chef Luis Morales, is back to steal the show! From 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM, gather the family, grab a plate, and get ready to rock with a buffet lineup that’s bigger, bolder, and better than ever. $125 per adult, $65 for children ages 5–11 (last reservation at 2:30 PM). Bottomless Mimosas or Bloody Marys? Of course. $40 per person... the good vibes (and the pours) keep flowing all afternoon long. And don’t forget to strike a pose! We’re setting up a flower powered photo backdrop so you and mom can snap a pic worthy of the album cover, a memory to last forever (and maybe rack up a few likes too). Here’s a little taste of what’s waiting: SEAFOOD BAR Fresh, chilled prawns, West Coast oysters, Peruvian bay scallops, and assorted sushi rolls, all served with yuzu cocktail sauce, horseradish, pickled ginger, and wasabi. It's a seafood lover’s dream! COLD STATION Dive into smoked salmon with classic toppings, artisan charcuterie boards, imported and domestic cheeses, fresh fruits, and a rainbow of salads, from a vibrant quinoa and spring vegetable toss with green goddess dressing to a spicy Banh Mi chicken salad, to a refreshing shaved fennel and citrus medley. CARVING STATION Rock star mains carved to order, herb roasted prime rib, grilled leg of lamb, and slow-roasted Scottish salmon, with all the legendary sauces you’d expect: beef au jus, horseradish cream, mint chimichurri, and dill tzatziki. DETROIT-STYLE PIZZA STATION Because who doesn’t love pizza? Classic Margherita, pepperoni, and a springtime asparagus pesto, hot, cheesy, and irresistible. BREAKFAST STATION For the early birds: overnight oats, açaí parfaits, mango chia puddings, a full omelet & egg station, tofu scramble, smoky bacon, sausages, and crispy breakfast potatoes. BREADS & VIENNOISERIE Baskets of love with multigrain, sourdough, rustic toast, brioche rolls, mini naan, focaccia, bagels, and buttery pastries like croissants, pain au chocolat, and mango danish, all served with whipped butter and homemade berry jam. DESSERT STATION Save room to jam out with our dessert lineup: dark chocolate mousse cakes, strawberry shortcakes, lemon meringue pie, berry brown butter tarts, assorted mini cookies, fruit tarts, and creamy mango chia puddings.
