   Luis was our server. We appreciated his demeanor immediately. He has a kind, gentle way of addressing guests. We immediately felt welcome. He was knowledgeable and helpful with the menu. Our meal was prepared and served with great care. As a cook myself, it was clear everything is homemade, fresh and the best quality ingredients. Thank you for a lovely evening for the three of us. We’re visiting Seattle and UDub with our daughter in high school. Best,

   The food and service were outstanding. The restaurant is very small and extremely loud and crowded. We wanted to do the option on the menu to try everything, but the chief said he didn’t feel like we had enough time for try everything because we were a little late and they recommended at least 2 hours. Traffic issues caused to be late, but our server was very informative and we got to try the most popular options.

   Spinasse is one of the very best restaurants in Seattle. The food as delicious; the service impeccable; and although fairly expensive, worth every penny. Also I like that the tax and tip are included in the price. I understand that the staff are paid very well.

   Highly recommend! First time in Seattle and this was an excellent start. Everyone was attentive to us, as it seemed for all guests. When I asked about the cocktails Eric was very descriptive. Some guests order without knowledge of the item and then are surprised when they don't enjoy it. That drives me nuts. We loved our cocktail choices. Eric then offered to explain the menu and how it was centered around Northern Italy. We made a reservation and when arrived, asked if we could sit at the bar in front of the kitchen. They were super kind about the change from a table to the bar seating. Bar seating is first come. Tables are by reservation. Every dish was phenomenal, order the beef and pork sausage stuffed cipollini onions with caramelized onion brodo and pine nuts. Also ordered the Agnolotti and the Tajarin con burro e salvia-> signature fine hand-cut egg yolk pasta with cultured butter and sage. Dessert was the Torta Allo Yogurt e Limone, Lemon yogurt cake with mint poppy gelato and huckleberry sauce. Ordered it for the mint poppy gelato, delish. Thank you to the server who brought me soda water when she noticed I had spilled sauce on my sweater. Again very attentive and much appreciated. She checked in on entrees and brought dessert. Everyone was kind to let me take so many photos of the atmosphere and pasta station. Hope to be back again, in the meantime I'll be telling everyone I meet to eat at Spinasse! Remember, keep the bread to to dip in the delicious sauces!
