    Our steaks and hamburgers were awesome and cooked perfectly. Our salads were delicious as well as our garlic, mashed potatoes and wine. Service was excellent nice atmosphere with old dark wood and a roaring fire.

    Reasonably good value on Tues Night menu. Seems that the quality of the food is a notch higher than similar restaurants with same pricing. Had a reservation but still had to wait > 15 minutes.

    The prime rib was delicious, as was the romaine salad and garlic mashed potatoes. The place was very busy, so service was a little slow, but the server was gracious and helpful. We will certainly go again.

    Carver's never disappoints. The food is consistently good at reasonable prices. There were three of us, ordering filet mignon, prime rib, and salmon. From the soup and salad to sides to the meat and fish, everything tasted great and was cooked to order. You ask for medium rare, you get medium rare. Service was attentive, and they even remembered my note that we were celebrating a 97th birthday, and brought their signature dessert without even a request. These are the reasons we return over and over and over again!

    Very well managed staff, attentive and friendly. Food was well prepared and timing of drinks, dinners and deserts excellent. Prime rib tender and cooked to request. Especially liked the au gratin potatoes and french onion soup.
