Carpaccio Tuscan Kitchen Ratings and Reviews
We had a reservation for 7:00 pm we get there at 6:55 and end up having to stand and wait for 20 minutes while they said hold on e are getting the table ready. We stood there for 20 minutes and no one said anything we ended up having to check on the status. It was only 3 of us. We were very unhappy with our first experience here. Thank you.
This is possibly our 4th visit to Carpaccio and every visit we try to order something different and everything is exceptional. The servers can't be more accommodating and friendly. Hard to decide on one pasta dish, no worries they will split them for you, e.g. Bolognese and eggplant parm. This last time I had the clams in white wine, garlic sauce with pasta. Excellent! The halibut my husband ordered was cooked to perfection, and his risotto he loved with artichokes.
When I need an Italian fix in Annapolis, this is where we go.
We made reservations for four on a recent Saturday night. The place was packed and we were a bit worried it was a little too crazy but to our surprise we were seated quickly and had a great and attentive server who took care of us efficiently and quickly throughout our meal -- but at the same time did not make us feel rushed.
Two people in our group had cocktails they said were extraordinarily good. We had appetizers and dinner. We expected above average mass market Italian food but it was 10x better than that. The food was beautiful and every single morsel was amazing and delightful. Definitely would go back.
One of our favorite spots. Never disappoints and that's what is impressive. They have maintained the quality over years and for that they deserve high marks. Our family really likes everything they have ordered. Wait staff is friendly and approachable. Our grown kids like to make this their go to spot for birthday dinners as well. We have had family celebrations here and romantic dinners for two. It's a family tradition we hope to keep on having...keep the quality and we'll keep coming.
Food and service was excellent - as always!!! My sister-in-law was visitng from Senoi, GA (where Walking Dead is filmed) and they don't have any really good Italian restaurants near her. She loved what she ordered and we continue to be extremely pleased with any thing we order. The specials are always great and it's hard to decide which to chose.
Service was terrrible. We waited 45 min to have waitress come to even ask about drinks. We finally got manager to have the bartender come and he was great. They were really off on this particular night but the bartender was great in trying to salvage the evening. Food was great and wine was wonderful.
Went with a friend and shared the Pappardelle Bolagnese and the Red Snapper special with risotto. The pappardelle was excellent and the red snapper, which was covered in vegetables and cooked in foil, was also delicious. The cauliflower parmesan risotto was bland and we did not eat past the first bite. Still, we were stuffed. The portions were generous and the meal started with a tasty pizza bread. We enjoyed all of this with a nice bottle of Tuscan wine. Our server had a little trouble remembering the specials but was otherwise very friendly and attentive.
