   Always driven or walked passed but did not rearlys how great this place is, tried this for the first time on Sunday. You get brilliant food, large portions and great service. Would recommend to everyone.

   I really enjoyed my meal at Caminata, it's off the main road in Balham so it's not too busy outside; the choice in pastas and pizzas were excellent, the 'All Carne' pizza is exactly what I want from a pizza, yet this is the first restaurant to give me what I want. Well done. I would definitely consider coming back if I was in the area. My only criticism is the price of the desserts, I think they could be priced more competitively in regard to the price of a main course, and the price of desserts in other restaurants.

   Such a cozy setting! The decor and ambience is lovely. Top that with super nice staff and quality food! Many specialties of the day plus the regular meny gives you many options. I had a very fresh sea bass and delicious rabbit ragu, loved it! Go and you will not be disappointed!

   Food was good (but not amazing) and put some nice modern twists on Italian classics. Waitstaff for lovely, if perhaps overly attentive with two different waiters asking the same questions. Pate was a bit dry and the 'King Prawns' seemed to be from a frozen packet - no shells on them. However, the flavours were good and the meals were reasonably priced.

   This is a great restaurant, with a modern feel, fantastic food and great staff. Lovely to see the same staff here each time and the food is consistently good. Fantastic pizzas, all cooked in the wood-fired oven upstairs in the main restaurant, nice to see a good range as well for all tastes. I had the Rabbit tagliatelle special, which was so good I couldn't stop eating it, despite my waistband saying otherwise. Generous portions, good wine selection and a great selection of seasonal specials. I can't rave about it enough!

   I have been to Caminata once before and have been blessed both times by the wonderful food and dedicated service. They accommodated us brilliantly with a pram as well.

   Gorgeous meal. Seafood was delicious, and they had loads of vegeterian options for my friend which were taken really well!

    Great Hidden gem in Balham, very warm day so alfresco dining was suggested, attentive service staff, timely food and great quality food, great portion sizes also.
