I had a beautiful dinner- moist and flaky barramundi in a lemon caper sauce, perfectly roasted fingerling potatoes and fresh steamed broccoli.

All 4 entrees were excellent. The service was exceptional. Thank you for having one of the quieter restaurants around where 4 people could catch up.

The air conditioning was not working when we ate there. They really should have told us that when we entered the restaurant. It was oppressively hot and we couldn’t tolerate it and had to get our food to go. The server never came back to refill ice water, which Was essential because it was so hot there. Overall, it was a terrible experience. We have eaten there many times and have always enjoyed it and had a positive experience. It was not the case this time.

I am a long time customer of Cafe Mercato and have introduced many friends to it. It has been one of my favorite restaurants for many years. I brought some new friends there last night and the experience anything but good. Our waiter was rude from the outset. I have never experienced anything like it at this restaurant. My friend said they would not go back there. Ordinarily the service there is outstanding. I am hoping that this will be rectified

Eat there frequently Always a great meat with great service. At a VERY reasonable price.

Four for dinner. We had a lovely evening. 3 had the Branzino special and it was wonderful. I had the Risotto special. Very delicious and flavourful. Carlos took excellent care of our group. Good value.

I was truly disappointed in the service I received. It was fairly evident that the restaurant was understaffed. There appeared to be only 2 servers for a restaurant full of people. We ordered bread and when we mentioned it to our server as he was about to clear our dinner plates, he stated, "oh yes it just came up". We asked for red pepper flakes and never received them and we ran out of water two bites into our meal. The waiter never came back over after serving the main courses (until he cleared the plates). It was not because he was sitting around......he just appeared to be trying to serve way too many tables. And.....the food took a LONG time to arrive at our table. I brought family from out of town who had previously eaten at the restaurant a few years ago and loved it. Obviously, this was not our experience this time. Thank you for listening. If you don't have enough help, limit the reservations so you can present with quality!
