Each of us thoroughly enjoyed our dinner. And, our waitress was attentive, non-intrusive, caring. Cabezon has become my go to place for friends and out of town guests.

I went looking forward to a Cioppino - what I got was a thin semi Bouillabaisse with lots of thick slices of fennel (too much) and saffron - with a slice of toast and garlic rouille (classic pairing for Bouillabaisse - NOT Cioppino) the fish/crab seafood was a side issue sadly. I wanted a rich tomato based crab/fish/seafood stew! I didn’t get it until I went to Sotto Mare in SF two days later.

Fantastic server, she was polite and informative. She was also the Bartender and yum! Sh made some delightful cocktails. Our meals were delicious and so fresh. Cabezon is so consistent with quality, service, and ambiance. In my opinion, one of the very few restaurants that has nit gone downhill during all of the commerce closures. We will return soon.

One of our favorite restaurants. Food is always delicious and prepared well. There was a longer than usual delay in getting out main courses, but it was quickly remedied when brought to the kitchen's attention. Had a wonderful evening.

Excellent fresh ling cod, on request. Wonderful preparation. However, we found the rest of the menu rather limited for pescatarians. Most of the fish dishes were prepared with a meat ingredient, BACON, but our special order was cheerfully prepared for us. We brought our own bottle of champagne which was uncorked and placed in an ice bucket for $20 - about average for Portland these days. I will surely return, but remember to call first for the daily menu, as the online offerings only give you an idea of what is offered at Cabezon. This is why we had to special order.

Lovely place to dine. The basil phyllo pastry shrimp was excellent as an appetizer. The mussels appetizer was large enough to be an entree. Nice wine list. Service was excellent. Highly recommend.

This is one of the best restaurants in Portland. The food is amazing and delicious. The service is outstanding with knowledgable staff who are friendly and accommodating. The glass/ art decor is simply beautiful and elegant. I recommend Cabezon to all my friends. Best value in town!

Our second meal here, and every item from the cocktails to the side dishes was excellent. The menu and combinations are creative and surprising without ever overwhelming the flavors. We had one entrée as one of our meals and three small sides for the other. Both ways were satisfying. Outdoor dining is a little cramped for a larger party, but they make it cozy with lap blankets and heaters. Lovely place.

This is a delightful neighborhood restaurant with well prepared seasonal food. We savored the mussels and fries starter. We both had cod- the ling cod and black cod were prepared differently. With excellent sauces and accompanying vegetables. Ginger cake and profiteroles were the perfect conclusion to this birthday celebration.

Our first time there we celebrated my Dad's birthday and had a wonderfully attentive server, Norman, who took care of all our requests. The fish and all the dishes were fresh, and vibrant with flavor. The menu that changes daily was definitely on point! The ambiance was classy and fun. Will return with enthusiasm
