   The service was amazing and the ambiance was delightful.  There was a trio playing Christmas music and it was so festive. It was truly an amazing experience and the food was delicious.

   The food was wonderful but there were long delays in service and at times we thought we were invisible. But the waiters were working hard. They just seemed overwhelmed.

   Menu for Sunday Brunch was less extensive than the online menu indicated. Bananas Foster and appetizers were excellent.

   Broussards is a historical part of New Orleans. Fine dining with great food service is what to expect. Ambiance was nice but there was a family with a toddler who was crying and screaming half the time. service was initally prompt but our waiter also had a table of 12 he was serving so I felt we were on the sideline. I tried to make eye contact but seldom caught him. We ordered the Red Fish special as he described it but instead they substituded green beans for asparagus not telling us :( The food came out timely as well as the drinks. We were initally served a bread loaf (delicious) but the butter was frozen and hard to spread on the bread. Soups were gumbo and turtle soup. Delicious. The turtle had the hard boiled egg and sherry already had benn added prior to delivery. Also, there were no crackers or bread to go with the soups. Main dishes were great as well as the dessert. We will definitely return.

   I took my girlfriend here for her birthday. Ambience was good, along with the food and drinks. I recommend the pan-seared duck & pork chop.

   Classic restaurant down in the French Quarter. We had a wide spread of options delivered by skilled hands. Drinks are solid and hosted a lovely birthday surprise. Kid friendly and comfortable seating. No complaints! Note this is rare for me.

    The service and the food were excellent! Don’t miss the creamed spinach with Herbsaint and the mascarpone grits. We look forward to visiting again.
