Just didn’t feel special. Building beautiful, gorgeous courtyard but everything dirty. Sat by big beautiful arched windows overlooking the courtyard but the windows were filthy! Table near us spilled glass of water, staff saw it but took no extra napkins nor did they ever return to clean it up. Could have been a wonderful evening but attention to details were lacking!
I remember Broussard’s as a special place. It was not as all as special in the past.Food was just ok. There really isn’t a dress code - short we’re acceptable. Disappointed in the experience.
My waitress, Eleanor was very informed on regards to the menu and offered some delightful recommendations. She was superb with her timing and attentiveness to detail
My daughter got food poision grom the fish. Its all she ate. Horrible
This was a fantastic brunch. The staff was outstanding and the bottomless mimosas are a fantastic deal. We agreed the burger is the best we’ve had. Cant wait to come back to this spot.
Dinner was absolutely wonderful. Everyone working was great and helpful during the entire visit.
Quiet spot in the middle of French Quarter, half a block from Bourbon. Service was refined and solicitous. Food was heavy on the butter and cracked black pepper and not in a good way. Glad we went for the experience but won't be visiting again.
Fish had been over salted and drink value is poor.
We loved our table and the overall ambiance of the restaurant. The cocktails were some of the very best we have had in the city!! The general manager greeted us kindly. Everything was very nice, but to be perfectly honest, nothing after the initial cocktails stood out. The two serves we had were ok, but seemed a little preoccupied and did not seem to be working together as others in the quarter do so smoothly; we waited a really long time for our cocktails, much longer than at any other restaurant in NOLA. When asking about the menu, one of our servers really had nothing to say that would help. Again, lovely room, and very nice overall, but did not wow us on our first visit.
Fantastic service, food, & drinks.
Girls get together
Beautiful decor, pleasant and knowledgeable servers, and delicious meal. We had a nice relaxing meal and the Bananas Foster was a great production and very tasty!
not my first time here but this time the food was not up to par. the sauce for the shrimp and grits tasted like it was burnt and cooked too long. but the cornbread dressing and gumbo were amazing. the drinks were the best thing about the experience. hopefully next time the food is better. also two tables were so loud it was hard to enjoy the experience. once they left it was very peaceful!
Our servers were amazing! Husband and I went for my birthday for brunch! Food was great!
The worst experience I’ve had in New Orleans. I would not recommend this spot.
The host was rude and lied to my party, the server took 1 hour to bring the bread basket out. We had to continuously ask for the status of what we ordered.
This was my first time at Broussards & I loved all the food we ordered. The service was a bit slow but the waitresses were very nice.
This place was incredible! I tried to write this review while I was at the restaurant because it was so good. The food was so amazing! The servers were so great and made sure I was taken care of! The entire atmosphere of this place is captivating! This was hands down the best restaurant that I dined at in New Orleans!
Had an amazing experience! Not only was the food amazing, but the ambiance as well! Our waiter Steven was awesome! Would 10/10 recommend to anyone visiting.
Broussard does not have their act together post Covid. Staff is very inexperienced. Food was good but overall was very disorganized.
We are locals and come to Broussard’s pretty regularly mainly because we can depend on the service being excellent due to our waitress Lyndsey who was a lot of fun without ever losing her professionalism. The food is great and the dining room is beautiful. We had a great time with our friends who were very impressed with the whole experience.
The food was outstanding. The ambiance was lovely. The waitstaff was very nice and accommodating, although a bit inexperienced as seems to be the case most places these days.
My fiancé and I love French culture, so when I saw this restaurant come up in my search for an anniversary dinner, I knew it would be perfect. And it was! The service was outstanding, food incredible, ambiance lovely. I had marked our reservation on Opentable as being for an anniversary, and didn’t think much of that, but our waitress surprised us at the end with a dessert plate with “Happy Anniversary” written in chocolate sauce on it! We thoroughly enjoyed our experience here and highly recommend.
The main dining room is beautiful While the serving are rather small I can live with that. The chief could use a lesson in seasoning, some what bland. Not what visitors are looking for in N O. It’s not the mid west after all
Had the Brussel Sprouts, it was just undercooked Brussel Sprouts, very little(like i could not taste) bacon jam and goat cheese. Do not recommend.. i feel they cater to tourist.
Appetizers and entrees were excellent. Bottle of Petit Syrah was just as good. Noisy group eventually left and noise level was then appropriate.
Marinated Crab Claws were exceptional; Wife loved the Chicken Liver appetizer; duck breast with Brussel sprouts was excellent; Banana's Foster flambéed table side is a must.
From delicious food to wonderful music and impeccable service, this goes down as our best brunch!
Great food, loved the band playing music at each table. Next time, I will return with my spouse.
Great service and great food! Would highly recommend to anyone visiting New Orleans
Our waiter was rude and very short with my friends. We were not given a napkin till after our meal. Barely received water refills. We were celebrating a birthday and was not greeted nor given the proper care/service. I’ve never been to a fine dining restaurant where service was that trash. chick fil a gives better customer service than this place. Will not ever come back.
One of the quintessential New Orleans restaurants did not dissapont. Looking forward to our next visit.
Really great spot!! Food was amazing-pork chop was to DIE for 😍 loved the live band and our servers were so attentive and personable
Service was great. I had the fish, just a tad over cooked.
No one was happy with their food. My food was cold and had to be sent back and I got my food when everyone was done eating. The risotto was bland. The lemon bur blanc was so so sour. The jam on the duck was thick. The scallops were small. The gumbo was just ok. Service was just ok but they were short staffed. We were seated after our reservation.
Great food , service was good
Noise was extremely loud
Everything was excellent.
Couldn't believe how many people were dining in their gym clothes. We got all dressed up for a nice dinner, but was disappointed to see how casual the other diners were dressed.
Every day dining but only if you are feeling special!
Ellysia was our server snd was amazing! Thw food was great abs the bottomless mimosas were the best!
