Henry closed the restaurant in early 2020 and sold it to Chef Eric Tran. Falansai "2.0" was reimagined in November of 2020. As a Vietnamese-Mexican and American from Chi-Town (and now New Yorker), diners can expect the unexpected from Eric's cooking.
