Best Argentinian Restaurants in Williamsburg

My second experience dining at R40 and it was still amazing! Tried different apps and mains, delicious 😋 My friend’s husband got the burger and we all took a bite- so so good! We have to go back to each get a burger of our own. I got the snapper which was delish and my friend got the chicken milanesa- wow, the greens on it were so tasty! Can’t wait to go back!

Highly recommend as it’s a top 5 restaurant in NYC in my book. One of the only places in NY to have a killer pasta menu and steak menu. Highly recommend the empanadas, Fettuccini with argentine langoustines in pink sauce, and one of the steaks, ideally their skirt steaks with grilled onions and peppers. Chimichurri with the bread tops it all off.

I’m sure I tend to repeat myself, but I can’t help it- I love this restaurant! The food was yet again perfectly prepared. The attention to detail was impeccable. I highly recommend the sweetbreads- perfectly crisped on the outside, and tender and moist on the inside. The service was warm, welcoming, and attentive. This is my favorite restaurant in New York. My guest from out of town was impressed with every dish, maybe I should say overjoyed. And he lived in NYC for 25 years. This was another great experience at Balvanera, on every level. I can’t wait for my next chance to enjoy a meal there, so I already set up another reservation.
