Food was good. But the service was the best part. John took care of us and walked us through the evening course by course with some of the best service I’ve ever gotten.

Had dinner at the bar. Ignored by waiters. Forgot part of our order. Shrimp cocktail was horrible. No placemats. No refilling of our water. Been there multiple times and this was the first bad experience we’ve had. However, probably will not go back for a while.

We went for our anniversary and from the time we arrived and were seated until we left we received an excellent anniversary experience. The staff acknowledge our anniversary and offered a champagne toast to start or dessert to end the meal. Definitely a great evening and the wine, food and dessert were wonderful. Great place for celebrating a special occasion.

Bristol went beyond our expectations to create a memorable experience for our special occasion. Service was impeccable! The food fell short of expectations though, especially considering the price. Crab legs were a bit overdone and dry, but maybe that's just midwestern seafood for ya. Portions were huge though, and the sides were excellent. Probably not a place we'll make return visits to, but it was a very nice evening.
