La tradition se poursuit. Le Brennan original, ouvert en 1946, a récemment émergé d'une rénovation complète où les nouveaux co-propriétaires Terry Blanc et Ralph Brennan n'ont ménagé aucun effort. Join us each Friday afternoon for Summer Saber Fridays, where guests can learn the art of sabrage—slicing open a bottle of Champagne with style. Your experience ticket includes a pre-selected bottle of bubbles (Bisol 'Crede' Brut Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore 2022), along with the saber lesson (as well as tax and gratuity).                                                                                 Breakfast at Brennan’s is a classic New Orleans experience and this did not disappoint! The French toast appetizer was like dessert before the main, and both breakfast entrees were spectacular! The staff was AMAZING! Friendly, delightful and warm!

                                                                                We felt we were rushed and the appetizer and bottle of wine came out quickly, before I was halfway finished with my cocktail. My wife’s entree was lukewarm and served as if they were waiting on us to finish appetizer. Noisy and not at the least bit intimate for a romantic dinner. We had a wonderful experience for a $100 less dollars at The Court of Two Sisters just down the street the night before. Under no circumstance, would I dine at Brennan’s again with so many more options in New Orleans.

                                                                                It's a beautiful place with a lot of history, but the dinners we had did not live up to their reputation. Our biggest disappointment was the roasted okra side dish, which was tough, stringy and completely inedible. We sent it back, and they apologized that it was a new item on the menu. Perhaps they had not tried it themselves, but they did not offer to redo it, so we must have received it the way they intended. After our generally-disappointing dinner, we did not order dessert. The offerings didn't make us imagine we were missing anything.

                                                                                Service was amazing. Food was delicious. The room and courtyard are so charming. This is third time dining here and recommend it all the time. Bananas foster for the win!

                                                                                Quintessential lovely New Orleans experience. Delicious food and impeccable service. We do miss the days of dress codes. A little unsettling seeing tattered daisy dukes and braless tank tops in such a lovely atmosphere, but our experience was still great.
