This was our 3rd visit to Brasa and we will probably not return. The food was dry, especially the chicken and some of the beef. I had notified that it was a birthday celebration when I made the reservations. This was not conveyed to our server. She had to be told. Not what I expected. This may have been an off night or a new chef but none of us were impressed.

I was rather dissapointed that my Reservation #: 1082451545 was not prepared to receive my party of three. THE FLOOR WAS VISIBILY FILTHY WITH TRASH AND FOOD ALL AROUND AND UNDER OUR TABLE. I was appalled that my quest was lead to and seated at this nasty area while I parked the car. Had I been present at the seating I would have immediately demanded another table!!!!!! My other complaint is that our waitress was rather rude and not warm. Her attitude was not pleasant but yet rather snobbish. Her unpleasant attitude is not what we would expect from the restuarant, in fact it was definitley a deal breaker regarding any return visits. What saved the day was a young Male Witer approached our table and ask how we were doing and if we needed anything. I pointed out the trashy floor and he said he would take care of it. He did and right away. He brought our waitress back to our table and pointed out the trash to her. Again her attitude and nasty remark, "Oh, it's just paper" upset me. The trash was a large strip of gray tape, paper and food (not crumbs) on the floor. Thankfully this young man cleaned the trashy area restoring a better expectation of BRASA BRAZILIAN STEAKHOUSE. It is because this male waiter saw and addressed the problem that we may try this restuarant with a second visit.
My motto is : If you are not a people person, you should not be hired as a waitress!

I have only been to Brassa for lunch (once) and dinner (once) several years ago. I really enjoyed both times. This time we had an early afternoon reservation for 5 for Sunday brunch. We were seated in the far dining room. There were so many tables and chairs crammed into the room it was hard to move around. I couldn’t move my chair back without bumping into the chair behind me. I didn’t need to do that much because after going to the buffet once, I had no desire to go back. The selections for brunch were not as good as I had remembered from my previous visits. The meats they brought around were OK, not anything I would go back for. The service was good and all the servers were very nice.

Although I gave a rating of good, I was disappointed in the limited ingredients for a salad. No carrot, cucumbers, onions, or pickles. Also the meat; it was too rare. I eat my meat medium well in which we told our waiter but when the meat was cut and put on the plate, the blood started running on my plate. Some of the meat was too tough, mainly the end pieces. I would also suggest getting our side dishes either before or closer to getting our meat. Two other servers had made the comment that you can request sides to go along with our meat. Well, that was how long we was waiting for the sides to come out. It too so long that other staff members thought we didn't request any. I was a little disappointed in that but I still think this is a unique and different place to eat giving a different experience.

Brasa is always an excellent place for a date night. My wife and I had an awesome time tasting the variety of meats and appetizers on the menu. The service is always friendly and not a long time on the wait. Our waiter was very attentive and checked on us often. Would definitely recommend you make the an advanced reservation as they fill up fast.

One of my favorite restaurants! Came here for my birthday. The cuts of meat were amazing! The salad bar was very good! The servers were very attentive. Love it. Will definitely come back!

Our Valentine’s Day dinner was disappointing, especially considering the price. The food quality and service used to be much better. Maybe this they were just having an off night. Regardless, I won’t be going back.

Hadn’t been there in years so thought I’d give it a try. Food quality has really done down. Tough unseasoned meat. Not a lot of choices. Not a lot of salad bar variety either. No more Brazilian cheese rolls either. Big disappointment. Especially at $55 per person.
