Bramble & Hare, the original Farmhouse Kitchen and Bistro, opened its doors in July 2012. Founded by Chef Eric Skokan and his wife, Jill, as the sister restaurant to their Black Cat Farm~Table~Bistro.

Bramble & Hare has a lively, warm atmosphere in its three charming dining rooms. It is located in the heart of Boulder, CO, just off the historic Pearl Street Mall.

Features a 3-course prix fixe menu with choices for each course, Hand-crafted, seasonal cocktails featuring artisanal spirits and local ingredients show the talent of our incredible bar team who make our restaurant spring to life.

The variety of produce and meats grown on their 425 acre certified Organic farm allows Chef de Cusine Heraclio Garza Silva a limitless palette of flavors, colors, and textures from which to build their award-winning cuisine.

Join us for Harvest Celebration "Dirt Dinner" series (on a select Wednesday each month) where our chefs, mixologists and sommelier join in the celebration & rise to the culinary challenge of creating a complete menu and pairings highlighting an ingredient from our 500 acre farm. June 18th features our Peas and Fava Beans in each of the 4 courses—including dessert. We are also offering a special cocktail offerings utilizing these featured ingredients. We embrace the farm theme to create a unique and special evening. Cowboy hats welcome! 4-Course prix-fixe menu & welcome beverage - $90/pp+tax, gratuity, alcohol. Reservations are limited.

My boyfriend and I were visiting Boulder from out of town celebrating our anniversary. The food, service and atmosphere were top shelf from start to finish. This is a first class establishment. Highly recommend!

We chose Bramble & Hare blindly while visiting Boulder—an excellent decision! A pretty little room, warm and homey. Our meals were amazing and I really don’t even know what to try to describe. What really stood out was the quality and freshness of the ingredients. Tomato soup, pork, bass, foie gras, and desserts were all made with the best and obviously fresh farm to table ingredients. We were blown away by how wonderful our 4 meals were. Incredible spot.

Wonderful service and excellent food! My sea bass was the only reason I gave 4 stars as it wasn’t as good. Every other morsel was fabulous!

Fantastic service! We went for our anniversary. Our server brought us a complementary glass of bubbly to toast our special occasion. Food was excellent. Atmosphere was great. Keep up the great work!

We held our graduation dinner at Bramble & Hare. The service and dinner were outstanding. The staff was very attentive. Before we left, our server handed my son a note of congratulations, signed by the staff. Very classy! Thank you for a wonderful and memorable time.

Will guided us through an excellent graduation menu. The portions were spot on. As a party of three, we chose differently in every category and therefore got to experience a wide variety of delicious food. Everything was a show stopper. Have been to B&H several times. Always excellent.
