Bramble & Hare, the original Farmhouse Kitchen and Bistro, opened its doors in July 2012. Founded by Chef Eric Skokan and his wife, Jill, as the sister restaurant to their Black Cat Farm~Table~Bistro.

Bramble & Hare has a lively, warm atmosphere in its three charming dining rooms. It is located in the heart of Boulder, CO, just off the historic Pearl Street Mall.

Features a 3-course prix fixe menu with choices for each course, Hand-crafted, seasonal cocktails featuring artisanal spirits and local ingredients show the talent of our incredible bar team who make our restaurant spring to life.

The variety of produce and meats grown on their 425 acre certified Organic farm allows Chef de Cusine Heraclio Garza Silva a limitless palette of flavors, colors, and textures from which to build their award-winning cuisine.

It was a great date night spot! The food was unique and delicious! Our waiter war very knowledgeable about the menu and the restaurant’s farm. Overall, great experience and would definitely recommend!

Delicious meal, however, service was not what I expected from a Michelin-supported restaurant. The staff gathered and socialized while wine and water glasses went empty. We received virtually no explanation of the menu and very little description of the dishes, even when we asked. Acceptable service from a moderate restaurant but not at this price level and with a narrowed menu.

Great value for quality of food and portion sizes. 3 course meal - Every course was great. Foie Gras appetizer was one of the best bites Ive eaten in a while. Service was fantastic. Free prosecco / non alcoholic drink for our anniversary and small other gestures. Will want to come back.

This restaurant is exceptional on all levels. Not only is the quality and integrity of food top-notch - mostly from their organic farm, but the flavor profiles, creativity and visual presentation of each dish was above and beyond. The meal was extremely filling and satisfying.The service was so kind and attentive. I'm surprised they don't charge more. It takes so much to pull off something like this and they do it exceptionally well! I can't recommend this place highly enough. Yum!

We went here for out anniversary and had an amazing time! Would absolutely go back again for any occasion. One thing that stood out to us was the size of each course was perfect! Worth the cost 100%!

My boyfriend and I were visiting Boulder from out of town celebrating our anniversary. The food, service and atmosphere were top shelf from start to finish. This is a first class establishment. Highly recommend!

We chose Bramble & Hare blindly while visiting Boulder—an excellent decision! A pretty little room, warm and homey. Our meals were amazing and I really don’t even know what to try to describe. What really stood out was the quality and freshness of the ingredients. Tomato soup, pork, bass, foie gras, and desserts were all made with the best and obviously fresh farm to table ingredients. We were blown away by how wonderful our 4 meals were. Incredible spot.

Wonderful service and excellent food! My sea bass was the only reason I gave 4 stars as it wasn’t as good. Every other morsel was fabulous!
