If you’re thinking about making a reservation here, don’t. The food is awful, the service is mediocre, the decor is non-existent, and the ambiance is repulsive. You can have a more elegant experience at a diner. Unless I feel the masochistic urge to have a bad meal under the fluorescent lights of a dirty interrogation room at an old folks home, I will never come here again.

Never seen such chaos and poor service at such a high end place. Thanksgiving 2023 = not your finest moment! 40 minutes to get drinks. Plates not cleared in a timely fashion. Sediment in the wine. Over 30 minutes to pay the bill. So sad because last year was outstanding.

Seating was sub-optimal. Payed for an expensive dinner but was grouped in with other customers on the side booths. Much better seating available but it wasnt offered. Guy behind us hd a little kid that was running around screaming the whole time. Food was good tho.

Food was very average and extremely overpriced for the choices provided. Some of the food was set up in the sun too long. The Mother's Day setup and decorations were extremely underwhelming and somewhat tacky, including the use of fake flowers. Expected a more elegant setup for The London. The staff was friendly but not as attentive as they should be. Had to call out each time we needed something, and they rarely came to our table to check to see if we needed anything else.

First we have to wait in a room with other couples for about 15 min. Then they took us to our table, and wait for another 15 min until I had to get up and talk to (the manager I guess) he apologized and sent a server right away and she offer us a complementary drink for all the trouble, nice from him. Then, the food!!! oh lord... No flavor at all (REALLY) I have to say that I never write reviews, but I have to do it. Just because the place has a great potencial. The food taste was poor, my first course ( truffle and mozzarella ) had no flavor, for real! I'm glad the had live music ( Cello and violin) made the night more pleasant and that my wife for over 15 years has a good sense of humor... But again, was valentine and you expect from them to be more prepare for this specials events (no-one really knew well the menu). a lot of potential for the location (PLEASE INVEST IN LIGHTS) Thank you.
