The casual, yet attentive atmosphere is the perfect place to spend a special evening, be it to relax with friends or entertain business associates. Our banquet facilities can accommodate large groups with the quiet proficiency and superior quality that has become the hallmark of The Boulder Cork. The food is an impressive display of creativity and variety, masterminded by the chef, Jim Smailer. Chef Smailer has created an enticing offering of steaks, prime rib, chicken, pasta, and fresh fish selections; all on the cutting edge of culinary delight. The food is as fresh as the market allows. We had a lovely birthday dinner! His baseball sirloin special he loved! I enjoyed my trout very much but possibly liked it better the previous time I was there. The cork potatoes are a fun side! I would recommend going to the Cork

Another wonderful dinner at the Cork! Ask to sit in the back rooms if you prefer a quieter meal. And the mud pie is always a delight! Great place for birthdays, etc..

As always, the food was great but frustrated with our server. He was attentive, but provided no warmth or interest in us. Basically didn’t make us feel welcome and definitely didn’t seem enthusiastic to be at The Cork.
