   We had a wonderful dining experience at Boulder Cork. The service, food and ambiance were exceptional. We weren’t rushed and took our time and enjoyed each course. Our servers were engaging without being pushy or annoying.

   Wonderful restaurant! Comfortable and casual dining with exceptional food. The prime rib was absolutely delightful, most of us got that and we were very impressed. Great cocktail selection and a fantastic happy hour too. We were really impressed with the desserts as well, we loved the affogato, carrot cake, and espresso martinis. Exceptional service, they really let you chill and enjoy each other's company without feeling rushed. We will be back!

   Happy Hour and dining at Boulder Cork is always a delight. We celebrated our friend's 91st birthday with his wife and daughter and had a fabulous experience. His wife, a world traveler, commented how great the food was and what a special time we had. Our waiter, Liam, was welcoming, amiable, attentive, and professional, even enthusiastic in an upbeat but unimposing way that added to our experience.

   Birthday dinner for a close friend with a group of 7 besties. Service was great. Wine pours were a little skimpy. Scallops with spinach & mashed sweet potatoes were outstanding; however, 3 scallops for $45? Two of our party had the Salmon salad & loved it. Two others shared the steak fajitas & were very happy with their choice. Best part was the GIANT mud pie dessert for our birthday girl, which we easily shared among the 7 of us.
