We arrived at 7:30 and were seated immediately. The plexiglas glass cover at the front was interesting. The food was phenomenal. We both really enjoyed our martinis, one of the reasons we were getting dinner. We asked if the restaurant was closing and the waiter said no so we stayed but then we got kicked out. We would have left.
The Boulder Cork is an institution in Boulder. This visit lived up to that. The service, the food. the ambiance was true to The Cork form. Our waiter was super communicative and very attentive. The food was fantastic. I had the prime rib - end cut - and it was delicious. The others at the table enjoyed their food as well.
We eat often here. It was ok. Unremarkable. No real wow factor for the money you are spending
Loved our waiter. Excellent food. Also very impressed by our waiter's assistant.
Grateful that the Cork has survived this Covidiocy.
Beautiful restaurant. Food was delicious. Will definitely come back.
Always an excellent spot ... our favorite in Boulder.
It was all very good. We were suprised that the steak special was $70, which was much higher than the other steaks on the menu. I understand why the waiter might have been reluctant to tell people the pricing when ordering.
Consistently great food and service at one of Boulder's finest and most popular restaurants. You are never disappointed!
Great food, service and ambiance made it a great evening.
Ambiance was nice. Service was very good. The food was marginal, especially for the price. The $53 halibut was dry and average, at best. The lobster tail was tasty, but the smallest lobster tail we have ever seen. I still left a 20%+ tip and spent $173 total for a party of two (with only two drinks). Just very low on the quality to price ratio.
Our favorite place
Always a great meal at the Boulder Cork, glad you could open again. Have been going there for over 20 years!
Need some patio heaters!
Food was okay - nothing special, wouldn’t go back again.
The Cork is my favorite restaurant in Boulder. The food is always exceptional as is the service. I highly recommend it.
It’s not for the faint of wallet
The food is top notch, best way to end your perfect meal is their mud pie for dessert
It is obvious why the Cork is still here after fifty plus years great food & service.
Fancy. Overpriced. Martinis are watered down. Crab cakes were fantastic.
It took quit a long time to get our lunch entrees delivered - about 45 minutes but it was great as always
COVID protocols were strictly in place, so we felt comfortable. The salmon was exquisite. The sirloin was a little tough.
Great birthday celebration. Always a positive experience
We will be back. It had been many years, and I was delighted with our dinner. The spacing was comforting on a chilly night, and we were happy to be indoors. Food was just what I wanted, and the service was excellent!
Great food and atmosphere. I went for lunch and wished there was more attention paid to social distancing.
My favorite place and now that they have upped the filtration in the air conditioning, and with social distancing and mask wearing , it feels very safe to dine inside. Great menu and great service (Thank you Kimberly)
The food is consistently great! Lots of parking & staff is always super nice.
Really great halibut special and other food. Great service and pleasant.
We were in a room with only one other person. Very safe excellent experience.
As always, it was wonderful! The steaks here are always top notch and cooked perfectly to our requests! (This my biggest pet peave at any steakhouse).
Thank you so much for making our son's 22nd Birthday Celebration Dinner one for the memories. Greatly appreciated the signed photo at the end of the evening, meant so much!
Love the Cork. Consistently very good. No bad meals on the menu. Wait staff professional, knowledgeable and prompt.
Celebrated my moms 74th birthday at Boulder Cork. It was a lovely evening dining by the fireplace. Food was good, service was outstanding. We’ll be back!
The quality of cuisine is always outstanding and ambience is excellent in North Boulder location.
The Boulder Cork is our go to spot for birthday dinners.
always like the prime rib here.. 3rd time in with my son who is at CU.. The cut was a bit small for the price point, but prepared well..
Didn’t get a single entree correct spent $500 for four and no one enjoyed their entree.
Great, quiet atmosphere with delicious food and excellent service!
So happy that the Cork is still open for lunch on Fridays. Delightful time on the patio!
Went for a business lunch on a Friday afternoon. Food was excellent as usual. Always a nice experience.
