   I made the reservation weeks in advance and asked for a booth in the dining room. Instead, we were seated in the bar. It was quite noisy in there and the service was really slow. However, the ham was delicious! I wish this ham could be offered all the time!! It was truly outstanding!! We all loved the meal. You remain one of our favorite places to eat in Boulder!    We were in Boulder for just a short stay and wanted to celebrate the completion of another great project before leaving this beautiful place once again. On a spontaneous whim, we booked a table at The Boulder Cork—and we’re so glad we did. From start to finish, the experience was fabulous. The food was absolutely delicious, the drinks were perfectly crafted, and the atmosphere was relaxed yet elegant. A special thank you to our wonderful waitress, Caroline, whose thoughtful recommendations and warm presence made us feel truly at home. Highly recommended!

    Fine there occasionally because of the exceptional food and ambience. Service felt rushed this time, maybe because of early hours and full house, but overall very satisfied.
