The Boulder Cork Restaurant has provided quality food and excellent service since 1969. The restaurant is now one of Colorado’s most renowned dining experiences. The casual, yet attentive atmosphere is the perfect place to spend a special evening, be it to relax with friends or entertain business associates. Our banquet facilities can accommodate large groups with the quiet proficiency and superior quality that has become the hallmark of The Boulder Cork. The food is an impressive display of creativity and variety, masterminded by the chef, Jim Smailer. Chef Smailer has created an enticing offering of steaks, prime rib, chicken, pasta, and fresh fish selections; all on the cutting edge of culinary delight. The food is as fresh as the market allows. I made the reservation weeks in advance and asked for a booth in the dining room. Instead, we were seated in the bar. It was quite noisy in there and the service was really slow. However, the ham was delicious! I wish this ham could be offered all the time!! It was truly outstanding!! We all loved the meal. You remain one of our favorite places to eat in Boulder! Thank you!

We were in Boulder for just a short stay and wanted to celebrate the completion of another great project before leaving this beautiful place once again. On a spontaneous whim, we booked a table at The Boulder Cork—and we’re so glad we did. From start to finish, the experience was fabulous. The food was absolutely delicious, the drinks were perfectly crafted, and the atmosphere was relaxed yet elegant. A special thank you to our wonderful waitress, Caroline, whose thoughtful recommendations and warm presence made us feel truly at home. Highly recommended!

Fine there occasionally because of the exceptional food and ambience. Service felt rushed this time, maybe because of early hours and full house, but overall very satisfied.
