Some hits and some misses. Very good salads and starters and tasty but not memorable salmon. Wines very fairly priced. Service was good at the start but then our server essentially disappeared.
Doesn't look great from the outside, but very pleasant inside. Food was really good, but scallops dish was very small for $30. Cioppino was excellent. Waitress was excellent.
Food was boring but the service was lovely.
Food and service were excellent - can't say enough about the food: appetizers, main courses and dessert (split among 4). Really happy with our experience.
Only hiccup was that upon arriving we were initially brought to a high top table. I had had my knee replaced 9 weeks ago and i asked the hostess if we could sit at a table because of my knee issue. She said that I should have requested a table on my reservation - and the only tables available were for six people. Fortunately - there was a 4 top table in the bar area and that worked out perfectly.
Again - we had a great meal and outing.
Exceptional experience that is priced very reasonable for the quality of food. The seafood is exceptionally fresh and the steak is cooked to perfection. I highly recommend this for the local foodies or for the special date night.
Food was amazing and desserts are delicious!
One of the best options for seafood in the Springs. The food and the service are always terrific. We had the halibut, with a shrimp appetizer. It was fresh and delicious.
Love, love, loved this restaurant. Every course was fantastic! Lobster hush puppies, yellow snapper and amazing Apple crisp. HIGHLY recommend making a reservation. There still might be a wait if you get there early.
Everything about the restaurant to great and this is the wife and I’s favorite date night place. She especially loves the piña coladas.
Love the restaurant, the last time I was there it took about 15 mins to get a drink, not good.
Clam chowder, tuna tartare, and salads were great as were the surf/turf, lobster Cobb salad and filet.
We had a wonderful meal! My son got the Lobster roll and talked about how good it was for days! I had the salmon steak which was excellent. I thought the prices were very reasonable. I would highly recommend this restaurant
Great, will be back!
Food was great! The surf and turf special was so much food, my husband and I each had to take food home. The service was just okay. First, the waiter forgot to come take our order, then he didn't check on us throughout our entire meal. The value and quality of the food saved the night. Will give the place another shot and hopefully get a different waiter.
Told manager this was a birthday celebration - the did NOTHING!!!!!
Tasteless, low quality food. Unimpressed. I followed the recommendations of open table.
Ambiance, food & drink were amazing! Make sure you try the lobster hush puppies, holy cow! They only forgot one item, we ordered a side of shrimp scampi, got it later, but the server compensated us with a free dessert! So all was great! A definite for a return trip! Worth every penny!
Had lunch there. Everything was delicious. Not too noisy. Liked the decor.
Our table was ready at the time of our reservation, no additional waiting, which is a great way to start. Servers are friendly and attentive, almost a bit too attentive. The meals are prepared exactly as stated, portioned just right (not too big or not too small), and so flavorful!
We were just in town visiting for a week and went back 2 more times that week because we loved the place so much!!
Very laid back and romantic atmosphere. It’s definitely a place I recommend couples to go dine at.
Great food great service. Very comfortable and fun.
The food was amazing and drinks hit the spot! However the service wasn’t up to par with the restaurant. Our server was a blonde lady who hardly checked on us and I even had to get up to go find her to get plates because she was socializing by the bar with other coworkers.
Was my Boyfriends 65th Birthday. I was NOT IMPRESSED! Either was he. But said thank you to me for the special occasion. He had Sirloin which was done medium the way he wanted it. It was so tough he left half of it. I had the Ribeye. Which I was told it would be another 20 mins or so until done. Could they grill it? I said yes no problem. It had so much FAT on it that I may have received a quarter of it that I ate was meat. The other three quarters was fat I was totally disappointed. I had requested on the reservations. That they bring out a dessert and I would pay for it. However wanted it as a surprise. We ordered desert and they put candles on both desert's and the waiter was like. It is one of your Birthday's. OH My Goodness. I was so NOT HAPPY!! We will not be back
It was amazing and fresh! Large portions!
We had a fantastic time last Saturday. Our meal was delicious and beautiful. We truly enjoyed our server Matt and highly recommend him, he was knowledgeable and friendly. He also sold us on attending the 5 course meal pairing. We look forward to going back.
Really great find! Come hungry! Portions are generous--really creative chef. The Seafood Tower was a phenomenal value.
I really liked Everything about this place. We started with a glass of champagne to start. Then My date got the lobster stuffed halibut and I got the prime rib with hollandaise and crab! No complaints from me. This place is really cute and has good service. We were taking our time and our server did not make us feel rushed. I liked the video of the animals on the wall as well that out a good touch to the ambience. Definitely recommended
Excellent seafood, especially for landlocked CO. This is one of our favorites in the Springs.
We went here after coming from VA to find a decent seafood place. This place had a clever name and a great and open inside. Right through the doors it smells like the ocean and with the pirate pictures on the wall it added to the ambiance of it. We were served quickly starting with the Shark Bowel for 2 (highly recommended for a date night drink) and some raw oysters for $1.50 an oyster because of happy hour. Never had oysters before and honestly after tonight I’m a fan. We decided to get the seafood tower and it was delicious, sadly for $75 I think the meal should’ve been $60 due to the lobster being not too bad and only 6 oysters and 6 shrimp. However, we still enjoyed it so it was fine. Finally dessert which I’m sad to say was the worst part. Not that it was bad mind you, but needs half the peanut butter filling. Overall it was fun and a place we plan on going back. The best of the meal I’d have to say was the service, spot on!
Birthday celebration was phenomenal!
Love the atmosphere of the place. I love the paintings on the walls and the food was great. Service was most excellent.
Ceviche is delicious and all of the entrees are tasty.
Enjoyed our meals. Everyone seemed pleased with both the seafood and steak offerings. Grace was a courteous server. Ambiance was nice, upscale while not opulent, pirate themed paintings adorn the walls. Our table was ready on time. As it was a Sunday night it was not very busy. Overall a pleasant experience.
By far the best steak and seafood we have had. The crab, and lobster were outstanding. The steak was one of the best I have had in Colorado, not just the springs.
Our table was ready when we walked in. Our server was attentive and answered our questions about the ingredients. The food was excellent and the portions were appropriate. We'll definitely be back.
Our experience was excellent. This was good food and it was not overpriced like most of the downtown restaurants. I am so glad we were able to have this wonderful dinner in a relaxed atmosphere.
Lobster roll has no filler. Splurge and get the fries instead of the salad. Will not need dinner tonight.
We had a great shrimp cocktail and a delicious bottle of wine. I had the scallops that were tasty and my husband had a great fish entree. Our waitress was outstanding. We really enjoy the decor and great people watching. Thanks
Service was not as good as we normally get at this place
