    Boiler Room is one of our absolute favorite restaurants. Their food menu is not extensive but every item is perfection. The flavors are all put together so thoughtfully. From the sourcing of the menu items to the plating, you can tell everything has been prepared for an amazing experience. We had the marinated olives & charcuterie for our appetizer. Our waitress chose three cheese to pair with the charcuterie for us and they were all great and complemented the meat choices perfectly. Between the 4 of us we had the Grilled Florida Swordfish, Spiced butter poached salmon, roasted t.d. Niche farm’s cowboy chop and the pan roasted jidori chicken breast. PHENOMENAL. Also, love to see local farms being used for the beef and pork. For dessert we tried them all, our clear favorites were the chocolate hazelnut candy bar with caramel ice cream and the Thai tea creme brûlée. The dessert sweet wine selection is delectable. The lustau, vermin rose was the perfect pairing with our desserts. When we arrived it was busier than we’ve ever seen it. There was a large business gathering on the main level but you wouldn’t have known it with the service. We were well taken care of. We had a gentleman who took care of us for most of the night however the entire staff made sure we had drinks and that our courses were cleared as well. Thank you Boiler Room for being a consistent slam dunk when it comes to the entire experience. Can’t wait to dine again!

    Everything was perfect. Having tried restaurants from across the country, this was easily one of the best restaurant we've been to. We had the focaccia with bacon jam for appetizers. I had the pork shoulder and my partner had the private selection wagyu ribeye. For desert we had the lemon tart and the creme brulee. The entire meal, from appetizer to dessert, felt intentional - all of the flavors were perfectly balanced. The ambiance was amazing as well, like sitting in an art studio where each piece of food was a chef's masterpiece.

    Hands down one of the best fine dining meals we’ve ever had. We love traveling all over the world and trying high end cuisine, and this meal easily made the top of our list. The chef is incredibly talented, and we will absolutely be back!

    Entree selections were tantalizing, tasty, and melded flavors, textures, and colors to create the best of the best! The service staff was tastefully attentive from drinks to the timing of courses. They were cognizant of your personal time, such as attendance at a Broadway performance, complimenting an entire evening with food and fun!

    Went for dinner before a Halloween party and they loved our outfits and were happy to serve us even though everyone was dressed for fine dining. We ordered more than we could eat and they boxed it up for us togo. The Chef even was greeting each table checking on them.

    First, the restaurant is super cool. You enter and immediately see the open kitchen and bar below. We were seated with a great view of the working kitchen. It was our anniversary and they presented us with complimentary bubbly and a menu that read "Happy Anniversary" at the top. Our server was prompt and kind. We ordered apps and our meal at the same time. Apps were a little slow but we don't mind taking our time. The andouille sausage over grits was good but a bit oversalted. The croquettes were good but somewhat mushy. Overall flavor profile was good. Some time passed after completing our appys and began to notice the kitchen plating dishes and entrees being served to every table except ours. Again, not in a hurry so we weren't upset. But it became excessive. Large groups seated while we had appetizers were served their entrees. Small tables seated after we finished our appetizers were served. The kitchen can put out food fast, just not ours. So now our apps are expanding in our belly and our excitement about our meals are diminishing. Finally - our entrees arrived. My snapper - raw. So sad. The gnocchi was ok but again, way over salted. But the flavor profile was so good. This had the ability to be amazing. My husband ordered the wagyu flank steak. It was just not good. He barely ate one piece and left his sides as again - they were way way over salted. Our server noticed that we barely ate our meals and spent time asking for feedback. She was very kind and the manager discounted my meal (which I did not want, but appreciate). Anyway, we probably won't be back. Good presentations. Very good flavor profiles. Failure to deliver overall though due to extremely salty, improper cooking and extraordinary wait times. Hopefully they can improve as some other recent reviews reflect similar feedback.

    Absolutely incredible restaurant to go to. Ambiance is great. The decor and setting is incredible. The menu is absolutely worth the money. The presentation was perfect, food tasted incredible. Service was great, served was friendly and helpful. Fantastic cocktails as well.

    They were so great! We went there on our wedding night, and the staff was wonderful, and made the experience even more special. The table we had was quiet and private, and we were able to just enjoy each other’s company. The private selection waygu was the best steak we’ve ever eaten. This is the most romantic and nicest restaurant in Omaha. We’re so thankful for know special they made us feel!

    Chose for a business dinner and was not disappointed. Wine was great, food was incredible, ambiance was one of the best in Omaha. Cant wait to come back!

    Hamachi, charcuterie, and cheese appetizers were great….and then came the entrees, Wagyu Rib Eye, and both fish fish entrees. All were so over sauced you could not taste the meal. Fish was over cooked and literally hard it was so well done. Craft cocktail we ordered they featured was out of an ingredient, so unavailable. The food deliverers were very nice and friendly, waiter seemed bothered by having to serve people. We will never return, just not worth the money.

    Food was outstanding as was the service. The heirloom tomatoes & barratta were sensational. The halibut on the fried green tomato was also outstanding along with all the other accompanying flavors. This is a very special place and we always look forward to returning.

    This was our first time here. Excellent food and service! We went to celebrate my belated birthday and the menus were personalized with a Happy Birthday message. The house charcuterie board, sirloin, pork chop, burnt honey ice cream, and pistachio macarons were out of this world.

    The entire staff made the celebration of our 53rd wedding anniversary extra special. Every detail was performed perfectly. Champagne to toast, special acknowledgment on our menus, and complimentary macarons. Appetizers, dinner and dessert were all very tasty. Go and celebrate your day or just life.

    Spectacular. We were greeting with a menu that told us happy anniversary, we were seated directly above the kitchen so we could watch the chef at work, and the food was filled with flavor. Amazing service from Homa too. Highly suggested!

    Food was wonderful. Service was great with the exception that our service opened the wrong bottle. I brought three bottles and requested one be decanted and the other 2 just opened. One was opened, Sancere, one decanted , Cabernet, the other, a grand reserve Rioja, wasn’t opened. It need a little time to breath in the glass but since it wasn’t opened I just took it home. Not a huge deal. I just really to share that Rioja with my friends.

    In town for baseball with my son and decided to try Boiler Room after reading about it. It was such a wonderful experience! The setting is so beautiful and open, you can watch the magic in the kitchen. Our server was wonderful and the food was truly an outstanding experience. The menu is all local (except the seafood) so it changes depending on availability. Try the pasta and yellowtail small plates for sure!

    Wow! So glad I booked this place for a special occasion. Very romantic and intimate setting. The waitress was amazing. She was there checking on us the whole time and really helped us figure out what to order. We loved the atmosphere which was calm, quiet and trendy. Not what we expected from the outside. It certainly is on the pricey side and would comeback on special occasions. They did an amazing job with personalizing this celebration. There was a title of the celebration on the menu and they brought us a very nice treat at the end. Well done.

    This was one of the best, if not the best, all round meal experiences we have ever had. The pictures do not do justice for the building or the food. The craft drinks and selected wines were also amazing. Just everything wow!
