    Poor service;expensive for what it was and at 10:30 lots of loud drunk patrons surrounding our table. The worst dining experience since arriving in London 5 days ago was.

    We were in London for a few days before a cruise. The concierge at The Mayfair Hotel recommended this restaurant. We had such a wonderful meal the first time that we went back post-cruise. Beautiful restaurant 5 minute walk from the hotel. The service and food was outstanding! Beautiful table in the back room of the restaurant. The rocket salad was delicious, wine selections are terrific! The Branzino and the Fettuccini with red prawns were amazing! And don’t forget to order the Focaccia bread..adds just the right touch to meal! Add two perfectly prepared cappuccinos to end the meal and it’s a wrap! We loved this restaurant!

    Great cocktail recommended by the sommelier, lovely warm service throughout, super speedy food arrival and it was truly delicious food on the tasting menu. Highly recommend !

    From the moment we stepped into the restaurant, everything was simply perfect. The staff greeted us warmly and provided impeccable service throughout the evening attentive without being intrusive. The location itself is charming and thoughtfully designed, with every detail contributing to a cozy, authentic ambiance. The food was outstanding full of flavor, beautifully presented, and true to Italian roots. The pasta with mushrooms was rich, earthy, and cooked to perfection. But the real star was the pistachio tiramisu creamy, delicate, and unforgettable. A flawless dining experience that we can’t wait to repeat.

    As an Italian who has tried many restaurants in London, Bocconcino Mayfair felt the most authentic just like dining back home. The menu is extensive, filled with traditional dishes that are executed with real attention to detail and flavor. All the pasta is homemade, and my cacio e pepe with prawns was absolutely delicious, as was the parmigiana. The service was warm, friendly, and very Italian, genuinely welcoming and attentive throughout the meal. I also noticed many fellow Italians dining there, which speaks volumes about the quality and authenticity. If you're looking for a true Italian experience in London, I highly recommend Bocconcino Mayfair.

    Had a wonderful dining experience with excellent service and a welcoming crowd. The food was incredibly authentic, bursting with rich, traditional flavors. Impressed by the wide variety on the menu as there was something for everyone. A place I'd happily return to and recommend to others.

    A meal that should have taken an hour and half max took 3hours. We had to ask to be served each time and even after asking for our drinks or our water we’d have to remind the waiter of our order because we were waiting so long. We had to ask for the menus. Ask to order starters and mains, then ask for menus for desert. We had a child at the table who was getting really frustrated but being in the restaurant for so long. We could see other tables coming and leaving and we had been completely forgotten about. We asked for fresh lemonade and we got some form of mojito with lots of sugar and other ingredients that we didn’t want. Because we’d waited so long for our drinks we couldn’t be bothered to even complain which is not the type of experience we had expected especially for a special occasion.
