    It was good experience overall, but there was a table next to us which was extremely noisy (birthday party with about 20-25 people on a table). It was not particularly helpful to the rest of the guests as they were very loud/noisy. It would be better if the establishment doesn’t provide reservations for birthday parties :)

    The whole experience was alright and within an expectation. My only concern was a duration of table seating time which was an hour and a half(we were told so at the reception) on Saturday evening. My accompany and I had a bottle of wine, two starters, two mains and a dessert&coffee under the pressure of an hour and a half. We also had a bill left on the table without our call. We would like to expect at least two hours of seating time for those restaurants in Mayfair.

    The restaurant is beautiful and has a great ambience. However, we were let down by the food and service on this occasion. It took a long time to get served despite the restaurant only having six or seven reservations at the time. We were not asked for more drinks during our meal and once finished our plates were left on the table for quite some time. When the food was served, it was prompt and in good time. The waiter knew who had ordered which dish and served the meals appropriately, which I thought added some sophistication to the service. The plates looked incredible and the food for most part was hot and edible. Which leads me onto the lamb. It was a more expensive option on the menu and it wasn’t the best considering this. The three pieces of meat that were served were not an adequate size for the price of the meal. I know this is fine dining and meals are prepared and served accordingly to this standard. But, each piece was smaller than a tablespoon. One piece was undercooked and still raw inside and when the waitress came over she didn’t bother to ask why the food had been left. I am sure anyone would’ve seen how undercooked it was as it had not changed colour from when it left the fridge. The servers were more interested in waiting on larger tables and a couple who had chosen the tasting menu and wine. Let’s look after the big spenders shall we. It was because of this that we felt the high expectations of such an establishment were let down and it diminished our experience. Sadly to say, we shall not be returning to visit again and would not recommend.

    Price is for location. Food was extremely mediocre. Tasteless burrata and tomatoes and the pizza was soggy with just a hint of truffle. Waste of money!
