Pleasant stuff and very nice food, the place feels very lux and we enjoyed our meal so would totally come back again.
Booked for valentines’ night for 4 people Winter Set Menu: 2/3 Courses £29/£35 when I was just about to order been told this offer is not available for tonight!! Someone actually called me few days before and took my credit cards details to confirm the booking- never mentioned the fast that the set menu is not available for valentine’s night. It was very embarrassing specially in front of my friends who I invited to join me for dinner plus traveling over one hour to get there. After few min of heated conversation with the general manager the problem was sorted with alternative arrangements. Atmosphere is ok – or it depends where you get seated. Tuna steak and Fusilli pasta with swordfish was amazing so compliments to the chef. If you never been there before it’s worth it but overall but I think it’s really overpriced so be prepared to pay min £30 for a plate and min £60 for bottle of wine.
Nice place to have a nice dinner with your loved ones
Excellent in every way I will be back
Insanely loud, more like a club than a restaurant! The staff were rude and disinterested. Can't comment on the food as we walked out- if I'm paying ridiculous prices for food and drink I expect to be treated with courtesy and be able to enjoy the atmosphere without feeling like I'm in some rubbish bar that plays euro techno. Will not go back!!
Amazing boar ragu. Pizza was very nice too. A bit too pricey though
Good place, amazing cocktail (Negroni), delicious pizzas and lively atmosphere
My husband and I ate here after a bit of shopping so our reservation was mid afternoon on a Sunday, there were only 4 fellow diners when we arrived. Atmosphere therefore not exactly stratospheric!
It started off well after a delicious prosciutto to start, but after ordering the fillet beef for mains, the heavily salted food appeared. Steak was average 150g( I ordered it medium but it came medium well), note the steak weight average was not given on the menu, I should have realised.
I’m a fan of chunky chips so size wise they were great, but I’m not a goose fat fan as find the after taste is not pleasant. Sides of spinach and broccoli were flavoursome. The large pile of rocket on the plate is unnecessary, but I think the volume was more about filling the plate with something as the steak was tiny as previously mentioned. This was a la carte as opposed to a set meal where you may expect them to cut corners. We eat around this area frequently so are familiar with price and produce, this was not a fair match this time.
Great atmosphere, with very stylish interior. The foods was exceptional along with great service
We were late arriving but they were still able to sit us down. The waiter for our table for attentive. Our champagne was not cold enough but they changed it right away and upgraded our drinks.
Great service and cool atmosphere/location but the food and wine prices were ridiculous. It's not that the food was bad, but it was nowhere remotely close to the price tag; ~£30 for a pasta dish. No bottles of wine <£60.
Ambience and food was amazing. Service could have been better, I noticed only 1 waiter around. We had to wait long before we could get his attention. Overall it was lovely and worth going but very pricey if ordering a la carte.
I cannot see this restaurant surviving long in London. Our starters were either tasteless (minestrone) or over-salted (beetroot salad). The mains were slightly better, but nothing to write home about. The service started off great, but then later we were left sitting with no food, no drinks, and no bill for a long time. The negronis were so horrible that we had to send two of them back – the second one being the "improved version". Don't waste your time or money.
Sevice was very good. Staffs kindly gave us all sevices, including chech-in, ordering, explanaton for the menu.
Pizza, caprese and tiramisu were excellent, so delicious.
Unfortunately, spaghetti was little bit firm and solty for me.
This price may be natural in London, but if it is cheaper, nothing to say.
Perfect blend of nice atmosphere, elegant decor, very tasty food and perfect selection of wine.
Very much excellent on all aspects
Great service, but all three pasta dishes were undercooked and instead of a fresh plate, just reheated in a pan.
If you want an authentic Italian restaurant in Mayfair you can’t do any better than Bocconcino. The stuff make you feel as if you are visiting their home. We had an amazing saffron risotto with gold leaf, vitello tonnato, and tiramisù. Absolutely recommended
Good time with attentive waiters and good food. Nobody rushed us and we sat opposite the pizza oven which was fun to watch the skilled chef spinning the dough
Overall good restaurant - chairs really low though
Wonderful experience. Welcoming staff and lovely atmosphere. The food is amazing and great wine list.
We will be back soon.
Amazing pizza. Ordered three types. All tasted different yet incredibly delicious. This is the best spot in Mayfair for pizza. The risotto was nice as well. The pasta is authentic which is a plus, but the pizza steals the show.
Amazing food, beautiful venue, will definitely go back
Too expensive for the value of product you are receiving as a consumer(overpriced).
Incredibly impressed with the warm professional service. Outstanding! Food wonderful, atmosphere is great. Definitely coming back.
Waiters don’t think - putting two screaming high chairs on the side of a table where two people are eating dinner and leaving the other side clear.
Mayfair prices for awful food. £8.5 a pint as well is disgraceful
I never comment on restaurants but felt compelled in this case.
Restaurant was busy, service good but food overpriced for what it was. Wine choice limited
My three favourite Italian restaurants in London have for quite some time been Locanda Locatelli, Murano and Il Baretto. Bocconcino is now my new favourite. Many thanks for an amazing dining experience!

atmosphere is absolutely beautiful food was outstanding service was outstanding somewhat pricey but well worth it
It’s a great restaurant but too noisy.
The pasta al cinghiale was amazing
If only we could drink a good italian wine hearing the person you are with ;)
The best pizza, pasta Mayfair has to offer.
We have visited Bocconcino quite few times now, and everything on the menu cooked to absolute perfection. The pizza is definitely the best we have ever had. The beef steak is wonderful. I would also recommend to try the tiramisu.
This is by miles the best Italian restaurant in Mayfair. Everything from the beautiful decor to the quality of the food is just perfect. Been there twice now and every time want to come back again. Pizzas are fantastic, also the steak and fish meal is super. Service is great, hope to return on our next visit to London
Visited Bocconcino on a Wednesday night. The venue has an amazing interior and very warm athmosphere. I had a pizza and a handmade ravioli of prawns and Swansea with black truffle. Was absolutely delicious and highly recommended. I will be back again
Fantastic atmosphere, excellent food and remarkable service. We dined here several times during our trip to London. The staff made us feel right at home, and we sampled almost everything on the menu. The saffron risotto was amazing. This is undoubtedly my favourite Italian restaurant in Mayfair.
Our party loved the food, service and atmosphere at Bocconcino! Appetisers, mains, desserts, they were all wonderful. The portions are just the right size, and very tasty too. Overall we left very satisfied
Very nice experience at Bocconcino, I hope to visit London and the venue very soon. First of all , I know many restaurants in Mayfair, but the staff in Bocco is exceptional. Lovely Italian people, our waitress was helpful and suggested some amazing dishes. On the end we had Pizza Margherita, Burrata, cotoletta di Vitello, and a huge Steak :) absolutely recommended
It was a total miss for us. Ambiance of the main restaurant is nice. We were seated in the empty back room which was much less impressive.
Chicken was the best dish. Pasta was also not bad. Salad for £17 was clearly from a bagged salad kit. Tiny dry croutons, limp leaves, tasteless dressing. The whole thing was embarassing. We asked for tap water, instead they brought us a £6 bottle of Aqua Panna- which is lovely, but not what we ordered. Overall poor experience wouldnt waste our time again.
Been here before with work friends and decided to take my wife there to celebrate our anniversary.
Ambience, service and food (we are vegetarian) is very good and the prices are what you would expect to pay to eat in Berkeley Square.
We only have two minor gripes. We arrived early so had drinks in the small bar on the lower ground floor. However, when being shown to our table on the upper floor we were expected to carry our own drinks up two flights of stairs rather than the waitress carrying them up on a tray for us to avoid spillage. Normally not a problem but the stairs are quite windy and you need one hand to hold the handrail and one would expect this higher level of service. Also I had informed the restaurant in advance we were celebrating our anniversary but they seemed not to know and it would have been a nice touch if they had mentioned it or prepared some special message with our desert instead of being asked to do so.
Nice environment, Good service, excellent food but a little expensive.
Bland and expensive pizza. Won’t come back
