   Great way to enjoy Anniversary Dinner. Staff is super efficient and helpful if you need a suggestion. All management circles the room and follows up with each table. Excellent choice for dinner. It won’t disappoint!

   Our waiter Juan was outstanding . We had a special cocktail request and they were perfect. Steak, pork chops and salmon were all excellent. Festive vibe in the house.

   We had a problem with one of the steaks we ordered. I won’t say exactly how they responded and resolved it, but we felt we were treated like royalty. I am a customer service rep and love great customer service. I was blown away. I can’t thank them enough and I hope to return soon.

   I do a lot of customer dinners and Bobs Steak and Chop House is at the top of my list. Each appetizer, entree, vegetable, was prepared and cooked to perfection. Seasoning was over the top. I highly recommend this restaurant as their wait staff (Natalie was great!) and sommelier made our evening perfection. Thank you!

   The Kansas City strip I ordered was surprisingly abundant with fat and a bit of gristle. Usually, the steaks are perfect so thinking it must be a supplier Issue. The person who served us did a phenomenal job. Very attentive and respectful of the business meeting.

   Fui a celebrar mi noveno aniversario mi esposa y yo solo podemos describir como perfecto de principio a fin los aperitivos excelentes la ensalada Caesar de otro nivel y nuestra carne al término perfecto nuestro mesero Jay de 10 el ambiente es muy agradable y todos son muy atentos te hacen sentir especial definitivamente es un excelente lugar para ocasiones especiales

   The service at Bob’s is unmatched. The managers are polite and ensure there is a calm, pleasant atmosphere. The servers and entire wait staff all the way down to the bus boys are attentive and readily available when needed, but do not come off as pushy. We have visited on our anniversary the last 2 years and will continue the tradition as it is amazing all around.
