   One of our dishes was not edible ( shellfish & sand/broken shell ), certainly not the restaurant’s or chef’s fault but disappointing non the less. Server and management made it right though and will definitely be back.

   The best of our experience was Chelsea, our server. She guided us in the right direction as far as what to order. We both ordered the Salmon, I ordered medium rare which came out perfectly moist, my friend ordered medium, which again was perfect. My only criticism would be that too much sweetness was added to the accompaniments for the dish. The Chimchurri, which I love, was sweet, the Pomegranate Seeds and Yellow Beets, again too sweet for the dish, needed some greens such as Arugula for that bite and extra flavor. but I'm not a chef. I'm a firm believer to add sweet, salty, some spice, and although this dish was awesome I would have loved a little variation in flavor. I added some salt to my Salmon after I tasted it and it brought the dish up a notch. nBest of all was the server and even the manager came by to see how our evening and our food was which was a great touch these days. They both made us feel like we were old friends which is why I will be back. And the ambiance with the pool, tiki lights and fire pit, even though it was hot outside (we sat inside) made it even a better evening.

   One of the most perfectly cooked filet mignon I have ever had!!! Extremely juicy on the inside with a slight char on the outside!!! Beautiful piece of meat with no fat and full of flavor! Mashed potatoes were dreamy!!! Broccolini was good but under cooked…very hard to cut. Cocktails were delicious and well poured :) Excellent, friendly service but I wish the A/C was on higher because it was quite warm during our meal, otherwise it was delightful!!!

   Our dinner was fantastic and our server Chelsea Was super amazing and incredible will return again soon and the short rib was fantastic and the drinks tasted amazing as well!!! 💯

   Ricardo was our waiter and he was awesome! The food was great and service was as well. Ricardo was super attentive and always smiling.

   Our server Itzel was fantastic, food is good but a bit overpriced, a cauliflower steak was $29!!!! That's a bit too much for a piece of vegetable. They have live entertainment which was ok. Restaurant decor is meh

   A visit to BluEmber is always on my vacation itinerary in Palm Springs. The menu has enough variety for everyone and the service is friendly and welcoming. I love the cocktails, and I also love the ambiance of the pool and fire-pits right outside. On a recent visit, the main dining area was full of families and I found it difficult to hear people at my own table. Maybe I need a hearing aid… but even the younger people in my party were put off by the very high noise level.

    We went to this restaurant for lunch/brunch during our stay and it was fine, particularly with kids. But we expected more from the dinner, particularly for the prices, and the service staff had too many tables so the service was not great, but not due to the wait staff themselves, I think the restaurant did not anticipate as many guests as there were that evening. Again, for brunch/lunch was fine, but we did not love our food or our experience in general for dinner.
