We enjoyed our dinner after Modernism. We sat outside, way in the back. There were 7 of us and our waiter was attentive, food and drink were good. The Guacamole was great. A few more twinkle lights in the back would be nice.
We had to doctor out food... basically the salsa needed salt, extra heat etc etc.. food was good but not great!
Nice place to sit outside for sure!
A very enjoyable evening
We talk our friend from North Carolina to the Blue Coyote. Her experience as well as ours was delightful.
The food was hot and flavorful.
We'll be back again with more friends
Excellent Salsa! Very attentive service. Great outside dining
Wonderful restaurant. Manager told us story about Quentin Tarantino's visit during the Palm Springs Film Festival. I had the shrimp tacos, fabulous. The coyote margarita was awesome.
Great food and an authentic Mexican experience.
Nice assortment of well prepared Attractively presented food. Great Margaritas also! Good professional service!
Great service & food. Margaritas were really strong !! We enjoyed our experience.
I had the red snapper. It was delicious! Service was fast and server was friendly!
This is one of our "go to" Mexican restaurants. Great outdoor patio. Friendly staff and good fresh food. Very Baja style. Lots of fish, seafood and light sauces.
love the outdoor seating. The margaritas are tasty as well!
We notice a bad smell when we were there. Smelled like sewer. This is not the first time that we have been here to notice the smell. Takes away from the ambience.
Food was good.
We went there on a weeknight with another couple and had a terrific meal. Everyone liked their entrees a lot - mine was enchiladas with mole and was delicious. Margaritas were great. We will go there again.
Great outdoor patio for our dog. Great food & margaritas!
I like this me Ian food better than anywhere else in the area, they have some different and unique dishes. Our server was lovely and the front patio is great!
Enjoyed the food but it took 20 minutes to get the margarita I ordered and we were sitting in the lounge. After our waiter finally took our order he never checked back with us. Someone else brought the food. No one ever asked us how everything was. Probably will not go back.
Dinner was great! We had 9 people & they put us into their separate “party room”. It was perfect for our group! There was live music & the service and food was great.
Nice ambulance. We were greeted and seated at a nice table on the patio with penalty of heat. Our order was taken for drinks soon after we sat. Then our server came back for our food order. Smooth over all. Once our food was dropped. We were n out checked on again. Never asked for drinks again, water refilled and had to flag the server down for more tortillas. Then again to wrap up our food. The server could have sold a lot more had he been attentive. We would have ordered a second or third round of drinks. Possibly dessert. I’d say over all the place is nice, but the server is bad. It’s never good to see three other servers standing around at an empty table talking and not helping out when we were not asked if we needed anything at our table. Likely won’t go back. That was my fourth time and each time server was just so so. To many good options down here to have so so service.
Celebrated a birthday and the restaurant accommodated our party in a very nice spot in the outside patio. The patio was very nice with waterfalls and lush plants. Live music was provided which was a nice touch. Food and drinks were tasty and good for the price.
The best part was the service!!! Excellent service!!!! We would go back again.
The staff was extremely accommodating with a large group + 6 kids (ages btwn 2-9) + 1 quiet dog. Thank you so much! It made our last meal in PS memorable.
We had a wonderful NYE dinner at Blue Coyote! We had a group of 13 and the service couldn't have been better. We are regulars, and the food and margaritas are always great!
We came to this restaurant because it was stated as dog friendly. There are only 2 tables that pets are acceptable. One of them is right in the entrance and was in a puddle of water. The other one is in a corner where the outdoor heater didn't work. They brought us a portable heater. Food was excellent. Service just so so.
We all started with the Wild Coyote margarita, one blended and two on the rocks. My son said on the rocks was better than the blended he had. I had the Santa Fe smoked chicken enchilada with refried beans, and it was delicious. My son had the mole chicken enchilada and he said it was good. My husband had the beef burrito and it was more than he could finish - and he really enjoyed it. Service was good, quick and friendly. My only complaint was the noise and how tight the tables are. I would try an outside table next time - but the night was cool and we opted to go inside.
The staff are all amazing!!!!! Nestor is a wonderful server, as are all the other staff. One of my favorite places.
We have been coming here for years and the food is consistently good (unlike some other “popular” Mexican restaurants in the desert) and the service is excellent with very friendly and attentive waiters. Fun bar scene too. Highly recommend it!
This is one of my favorite places to eat in Palm Springs. The food is always good and the service is excellent. The Old Mexico feeling makes for a relaxed experience. You can choose outdoor or indoor, and both are great.
Very pleasant server who recommended holiday Tamales which were excellent. A good margarita made it all good. Classic casual Mexican restaurant!
We really enjoyed our meals at Blue Coyote. The food was incredibly tasty!
Dining at Blue Coyote after the annual Palm Springs Festival of Lights Parade has become a tradition. There were six of us this time around and each of us really enjoyed our meals. The service was great, and the staff were very welcoming and accommodating.
Food was excellent. This time we ordered the beef fajitas and ate every bite. Everyone else at the table also enjoyed their dinners. Service was attentive but not overbearing.
Our first visit to Blue Coyote Bar and we were pleasantly surprised. I had the Enchiladas Especiale, which were fantastic and my wife had the orange chicken which was also excellent.
Been going here for over 25 years. The food is good, but not as upscale as it use to be. Be sure to order a side of the jalapeño cream sauce for your chips. Very good though a little spicy . Need to go Tuesday for the Yucatán lamb.
It was noisey, but that was from our group. Overall great place.
Don was our waiter and he was very helpful and friendly... as always!!! We really enjoyed the salmon with dill caper sauce and sautéed veggies!!! Yum!!!
Always enjoy the Coyote. Wild Coyote Margarita’s are the best in The Valley. David makes everyone feel so welcome.
The service was incredible. When they realized we were celebrating a special family birthday, my sister is 75 today, they really made the meal special.
I love that they are featuring the new trending agave spirit and 314 Huellas on their Bar menu. It shows they are on the edge of this new trend
Good food, the staff was good, and the drinks were strong.
Great patio dining
We would recommend Blue Coyote
