We are a full service restaurant serving contemporary southwestern cuisine with a full service bar. We are a scratch kitchen with many gluten free options as well as a large margarita selection, house infused tequilas, and homemade sangria. Our outdoor seating accompanied by fire pits surrounds the historic art museum in old town Fort Collins CO.                                     Dinner tonight with the family. Four adults, two children. Server did a great job. Food very average. Tequila lime chicken was so tough I could hardly chew it. Blue corn enchiladas and Guac lacked flavor. Three of our party had the creamy shrimp scampi which was ok. All in all neh.

                                    The food preparation was excellent. Everyone in our party loved their meals. The sopapillas could use a little improvement given that they were very oily. Service was excellent. Back to putting this restaurant into our regular rotation.

                                    We really enjoyed our food, and the staff was helpful with our request for a quiet area because of two seniors in our party. Our waiter was terrific. I can’t remember his name, but he’s from Austin. Blue Agave lives up to its reputation!
