                                    I love the skirt steak at Blue Agave. It is always so tender and flavorful, never disappoints. The shrimp and crab enchilada is also delicious. My husband loved the pork carnitas dinner. We will be back!

                                    Blue Agave is always a treat! I bring everyone who comes to visit Fort Collins here because of the environment, incredible food, and friendly staff. The menu has great variety and amazing flavor - highly recommend.
