We are a full service restaurant serving contemporary southwestern cuisine with a full service bar. We are a scratch kitchen with many gluten free options as well as a large margarita selection, house infused tequilas, and homemade sangria. Our outdoor seating accompanied by fire pits surrounds the historic art museum in old town Fort Collins CO.                                     I love the skirt steak at Blue Agave. It is always so tender and flavorful, never disappoints. The shrimp and crab enchilada is also delicious. My husband loved the pork carnitas dinner. We will be back!

                                    Blue Agave is always a treat! I bring everyone who comes to visit Fort Collins here because of the environment, incredible food, and friendly staff. The menu has great variety and amazing flavor - highly recommend.

                                    Dinner tonight with the family. Four adults, two children. Server did a great job. Food very average. Tequila lime chicken was so tough I could hardly chew it. Blue corn enchiladas and Guac lacked flavor. Three of our party had the creamy shrimp scampi which was ok. All in all neh.
