Blue Agave is always a treat! I bring everyone who comes to visit Fort Collins here because of the environment, incredible food, and friendly staff. The menu has great variety and amazing flavor - highly recommend.

Dinner tonight with the family. Four adults, two children. Server did a great job. Food very average. Tequila lime chicken was so tough I could hardly chew it. Blue corn enchiladas and Guac lacked flavor. Three of our party had the creamy shrimp scampi which was ok. All in all neh.

The food preparation was excellent. Everyone in our party loved their meals. The sopapillas could use a little improvement given that they were very oily. Service was excellent. Back to putting this restaurant into our regular rotation.
