We have always loved Black Angus, we've been going there for over 20 years... the last 2 times our food hasn't been great, but this last time was definitely the worst it's ever been. I had one of their specials (steak, fried shrimp and a small lobster tail with 2 sides) It started with a warm salad. I don't know if the lettuce was sitting out or if they put room temperature lettuce on a warm plate, but it was terrible. The lettuce was not even remotely cold (the dressing WAS cold, but did nothing to help the temperature of the lettuce) The baked potatoe was very undercooked and hard in places. I ate about half of it and although it did taste great, the other half was too undercooked to eat. My steak was also very undercooked. I ordered it medium well and it was very pink on the inside (see pic). On a positive note, the shrimp and small lobster tail was delicious.

The meat in the prime rib sandwiches was filled with fat/gristle. You could not chew it. Ate only part of the bread roll and french fries, Would not recommend this sandwich!!!

My girlfriends and I decided to leave the kids homeand have a night to ourselves. We had 4 in our party. The resturant was not to busy and the server was attentive. The food was so tastey as well. I would highly reccomend going here.

I love BA, but I do not love the attitude our server gave us. He let out a deep sigh in disdain from the beginning. We kept asking for waters. Luckily, I got 1 but my BF did not. It is not funny that they bring out bread first, but wait 15 minutes to bring a drink, on top of being disrespected by the server. I hope he remembers us next time because that $50 Campfire dinner for 2 is going to get me back in the door. Our server's nasty attitude is not going to deter me from going in the future. The food is that good and such a bargain.

2 orders were wrong (ordered Filet mignon & lobster, lobster was not on plate). 2 pieces of steak needed to be sent back (undercooked). 1 piece was charcoal when returned and the other was still undercooked.

I love this place. My wife and I visit once a week!!! The filet is yummy, the Strawberry Lemon Drop is addictive.

Service was extremely slow. Food was just ok. We had reservations for 6:45. Seated within 5 min. It took awhile to have the wait staff come to see what we wanted. The rib eyes had a propane taste, the butter for the lobster tails was over salted

We got a confirmed reservation through OpenTable. When we were being seated, it was going to be in the bar area, because the hostess led us to the bar area when we were being seated. We questioned being seated in the bar area when we had made a reservation. After the hostess checked with a manager, we were permitted to be seated in an area that had plenty of open seating. We are normally seated in a regular dining area when we have made a reservation. Or at least asked if being seated in the bar area is okay. There was no explanation offered for trying to seat us in the bar area. It seemed uncourteous to presume that seating us in the bar area was acceptable. This was simply an unusual, bizarre experience that is not the norm for Black Angus. We are longtime customers, and do not expect to be treated in this way.

we had a reservation the restaurant host want it us to sit at a round table with five chairs.the table was in the middle of the passage between the dinning room and the lead way to the entrance where every customer would be passing by the table so I asked the hostess to give us a boost she said no because boosts are for large parties
so I refused and i told them we are leaving this is when they gave us the boost
we had a coupon for the fire camp feast for 49.99 and the coupon did not exempt any day but still they did not take it stating that Christmas eve was exempt
I asked for my drink to be without ice I still got the ice and i waited like 15 minutes to get a replacement
my stake was supposed to be new York stake and i got rib eye stake
it was supposed to be cooked medium rare but it was rare and half of it went to trash
I'm fond of your restaurant and this was a big disappointment

We both enjoyed a wonderful Prime Rib dinner. We were seated immediately upon arriving even though we arrived early. Our hostess and our server were very attentive to our desires and service was timed perfectly. The food and drinks were also perfectly prepared. Great job!

The dinner started off great until it started to get busy then our waiter took forever. He brought my ice cream dessert to go before we were ready to go then wouldn't keep it cold while we ate our other dessert. Not very helpful.

Celebrating my parents 67th anniversary. The table they sat us at was just right for 9 people. The most enjoyable part is that we had the nicest server. Bobby Lee was great! He was not only nice and funny he had the best customer service which really added to our enjoyable experience.
