Our server Bobby was incredible, except he told us that we could use our birthday reward on their cowboy combo and when the bill came, the manager said we can’t use it. I feel like they should’ve honored it at that point because we ordered our meal based on the information we were given.

Food was not spectacular… don’t get the spinach artichoke dip. The wagon wheel appetizer is not worth it, just get the zucchini and maybe the buffalo chicken strips.

Onto entrées. Ribeyes were definitely not worth the upgrade fee. The grade of meat is low and they cut the steak too thin. I’d rather have a smaller piece that was cut thicker. The prime rib was pretty good and tasty. Barbecued pork ribs were terrible… Totally over done and dry. We got two salads as our sides and one of the salads was floating in a plate full of dressing. Ugh.

$150 spent, but not worth it. Ambiance is nice though.

The appetizer was cold! Out steak was ordered medium and came out medium rare! We sent it back (twice) then it came back like leather! The manager offered us another one only after that happened. But after all of that who wants to try again!
The “excuse” was they only had one cook .. we were very disappointed to say the least!

Needless to say we left hungry! Blah!

Extremely long wait for our food and when it finally came, about an hour later, the steak was completely raw and the turkey they served (Thanksgiving Day special) was inedible. They served the fatty skin and what appeared to be old turkey. We were very disappointed.

We had our Thanksgiving dinner at the Black Angus. They were very busy but we were impressed as to how organized they were. Waitress and other staff very attentive. We appreciate you being open on this holiday.

Server did not have her act a gather slow forgot drinks I don’t I don’t like to feel rushed delivered salads could not even get three bites in and dinner was being served I was there to enjoy my Thanksgiving dinner I felt like I was being rushed asked for ice tea she forgot the ice tea had to ask twice for containers to go busboys clearing big black kitchen passing trays around dining room to clear tables in front of you never did pick up dirty dishes while eating lack of training I feel for management on how to serve people going out to have a fine dinner Black Angus is better than that for a quality steakhouse I will have to think about going back that’s no excuse for this kind of service holiday weekend or not.

Very consistent quality and service from this reliable brand. My wife had grilled chicken breast with salad and I had the Thanksgiving meal. Everything was cooked perfectly including the veggies and potatoes. My wife's chicken had a nice charbroiled taste and was done to perfection. Their carrot cake is very good also.

Having been to Black Angus for Thanksgiving in the past, I had high hopes. I was extremely disappointed in the food taste, quality and presentation. It was dry, tasteless and looked as though it was simply thrown on the plate and delivered to my table. There appeared to be much more care taken for takeout orders than for our particular table. Will definitely not attend or recommend this restaurant for holiday dinner again.

You need to take a careful look at your receipt if you are using discount coupons. It took over 40 minutes to get a corrected receipt. Waiters need to make correction twice. Quality of food is not what it used to be, same price but less food and thinner thickness of meat. I’ve been going to black angus for many years except during pandemic and getting disappointed. I need to think twice before visiting there again.

Fast seating and service. We sat in bar area at the tables due to happy hour specials. They were great starters and drinks half off. The steak was perfect do come for me but I get mine butterflie well done and it wasn't burnt and still sooo juicy. Only thing is I wish on wagon wheel they would let u get more sumthg else instead of shrimp especially when they are charging 4 more for campfeast.

We had the prime rib, New York sirloin and salmon dishes that all of us felt the dishes were great and our waitress gave us outstanding service as well. She continuously checked to see how we were doing and automatically kept out beverages filled and never once did we have to track her down for anything we needed.

I really enjoyed the food. Prime Rib and lobster were cooked to perfection. Strawberry Lemondrop was good but pricey, I felt like there was barely any alcohol. Our waitress was outstanding! She checked on us regularly and made sure we were happy with our meal. I would definitely go back to this location.

Service was the worst we’ve ever had at Black Angus and any restaurant in a long time. After we were seated, it took 1/2 hour just to even order our food. Sat there eating bread and no refills on drinks, until finally a waitress took our order. Then it took almost an hour for the meal to arrive. Almost left and skipped dinner all together. Ridiculous. Not sure if I’ll ever go back.

We like to go to Black Angus for special occasions (i.e. Anniversary) as we love the food and value of their Campfire Feast for Two. The steaks (melt-in-your-mouth filet mignon) are always cooked to perfection, appetizers yummy, the sides are varied and delicious, the staff is friendly and accommodating, and our server was attentive, but not intrusive.

Our table felt private, we had easy conversation that didn't require shouting to be heard (over music or other diners), and we were very comfortable during our entire dining experience. Our meal was leisurely and we were not rushed at all (even dining with a well-behaved one year old!)

This restaurant (at the Santa Ana location) never disappoints! Highly recommend!
