Awesome service, bartender and hostess were very nice. Charcuterie board was great. Will be back!
Food and service excellent. Main meal came out while we were enjoying the salad, only drawback. Old Forester whiskey flight was awesome. Hotel charged for parking
Fantastic food and atmosphere! We will be back!
There were 4 of us and we were taken right away. Our seating was comfortable and the wait staff attentive but not overly intrusive. We tried several appetizers which were nicely sized and well prepared. Steak, fish and chicken dishes were delicious. No real complaints. The cocktail and wine list was well rounded and carried a good selection to choose from. We appreciated the wait staff candor when asked about dessert and we were steered away from a particular cake. Our chocolate tort, key lime and cream brûlée were a perfect ending.
It should be noted the restaurant is part of the Le Meridian Hotel and is housed in a beautifully restored Court House so the interior is reminisce of a bygone era and the wood and marble give an elegance that many modern decors lack.
This was a great night out for father day. The food was amazing and the service was great as well. The only critique is that it would be great if the made their desserts in house. The desserts were okay but nothing exceptional.
My only disappointment was the restaurant had no olive oil to go with the bread. Bread and all food was very good. Service by Sam was superior.
Very nice lunch. Good variety. Enjoyed the charcuterie and cheese board. Tasty.
This place was awful. Should’ve been a sign when there was only 1 other party in the restaurant on Father’s Day at noon. We only got through the charcuterie plate, which was very cheaply assembled for $20. They didn’t come back to the table until 20 minutes after we ordered to let us know that my husbands food could not be made since he has a food allergy. We were starving but we left. You’d think they’d comp the charcuterie plate- no they still charged the $18 plus tax. Ridiculous.
The food was incredibly over peppered to the point where it was inedible. The eggs didn’t appear to be actual eggs but egg beater product that we could get from a fast food place. And the waiter didn’t seem to notice that no one ate their meal.
Waiter seemed un-enthused to be serving us. Food was just ok, wasn’t worth the high price.
Very nice environment, both feeling of plenty of space but intimate. Food was flavorful, but my NY Strip, although cooked the way I ordered it, had too much gristle.
This is our second time at this restaurant and once again we thoroughly enjoyed it. I had salmon and my husband had the 8 ounce filet. Both were cooked perfectly. We enjoyed the zucchini ribbons as an appetizer and the crème brûlée for dessert. Our server was quite attentive and did a wonderful job. We love the atmosphere in this restaurant also. It was a Sunday night so it was extremely quiet, just a few other patrons, mainly at the bar.
Perfect and delicious!!
Ambiance was wonderful. Server uninformed of menu items. Food was mediocre.
Server was very attentive and friendly. Dinner was very good.
This was such an eclectic restaurant. IT's the old court house and they kept the beauty of the building. The food was amazing, ambiance great, staff attentive. Will definitely eat here again.
We selected this place to celebrate Mother’s Day. Unfortunately the experience was not good, service was mediocre, we got our appetizers but did not have plates, the main courses were all cold, and overall service was not good. However, they charged 20% service charge without asking, I suppose with that there is no incentive to provide good service.
It is a nice place , nice ambiance, but sadly the service needs to improve and the food temperature and timing as well
For the price, I expect food to look, and taste appetizing. Food was bland, in some cases on the verge of being overcooked, and not any kind of WOW factor. I can slice a piece of polenta off of a package, I don't need to pay an excessive price. Steak skewers were medium well, not medium rare, making them tough. The "sauce" could have come out of a Heinz jar. If the quality was higher, then I could justify the price, but this meal was in the Olive Garden range...and the prices just did not justify the higher price.
Great service and they have a nice breakfast. A fun and relaxing atmosphere. They could have done more with the "courthouse" setting and played on that more. The breakfast menu could be a bit more varied but the items that are on there were very good.
Our waiter Sam was fast and efficient.
Every time we come here it’s always wonderful and the food is excellent! This place never disappoints.
Great service. Food was amazing.
A nice easy walk from our hotel. Great building. Very accommodating waiter and delicious burgers and mahi mahi
Nice intimate atmosphere!! Highly recommend anyone going there.
Great Valentines dinner with my love
My girlfriend always wanted to go there ever since she saw there menu.
So I planed out a entire Valentine’s Day for her and I starting with brunch at Bizou Brasserie. Hostess was Great Ambiance excellent for Valentines Day! But when it came to our service and our food we were very disappointed and dissatisfied. Food was cold grits were cold couldn’t get our server, he was nowhere in sight. I’m in the hospitality business and I’ve never not tip or under tip my server until that day..I can’t even recall his name. The busser paid more attention to us then our server. 1 bad apple won’t stop me from coming back one more time, I just pray that on my next visit I get better service.
Menu is small/limited. I expected more, maybe my hopes were too high. I got the burger, it was good but nothing special.
The service couldn't have been better and dinner was good. It's a beautiful restaurant and I enjoyed the live guitar music.
Great service and beautiful ambiance!
I would not go there again.
Unique Architecture. Restaurant resides in a historic courthouse featuring stunning architecture, marble hallways and original oak doors. Menu and service was limited because of Covid but drinks, food and staff were still excellent. We ordered old fashions, a charcuterie board, bacon wrapped scallops, Caesar salad and a honey glazed Salmon that were all delicious.
Great service and food!! Atmosphere was very nice and loved the decor in the entire restaurant.
I love the ambiance and decor. Food is pretty good too, and reasonably priced for a more upscale place.
We left. Service was so bad we couldn’t get a drink and the restaurant was empty! Menu options were terrible as well. 10/10 would not ever go back or recommend.
Only positive is the restaurant itself was nicely decorated and very clean.
Great NYE thanks!
Service and food left much to be desired. Will not return.
We loved our server Shawn I believe was his name!
I have dined at other Le Meridian properties and my expectations on patron attention were not met. I had requested a special dessert to be presented for our 34th wedding anniversary, but the wait staff made no mention and presented only what was on the menu. It made our experience rather average. The food was superb. The dining room flooring should be replaced as it is covered in stains and appears dirty - not to Le Meridian standard in my opinion.
I’m extremely disappointed in the food. For the price we paid it was not worth it at all. My steak was way under cooked, I had to send it back to be cooked further and it was so fatty and tough for a filet. I wish I had saved the time and money and just stayed home. Very very disappointing.
Made a reservation for 7 people for breakfast and when we arrived we were told the manager decided the night before they weren’t going to open and we received no notification whatsoever. Quite embarrassing because it was three different family members that drove quite a ways to meet us there. I would think with an online reservation system like this the manager could’ve at least sent out a notification to the customers that had booked a table??
