   A real neighbourhood gem with exceptional service We had a thoroughly enjoyable lunch at Bistro Union. The food was excellent—thoughtfully prepared, seasonal, and full of flavour. But what really stood out was the warmth and attentiveness of the front-of-house team. Liena, in particular, was outstanding - welcoming, conversational, and genuinely engaged throughout. She struck that rare balance of being present without hovering, and her knowledge of the menu added to the overall experience. It’s always a pleasure to find a place where the service feels as carefully considered as the food. Highly recommended.

   Amazing food…service was perfect. The ambiance is perfect. The food looks and tastes devine. Some of the shared platters are pricey but yummy!!

   Friendly service. Delicious food. We shared two plates (starters) and two large plates (mains). Would be good to have more wine options under £50 per bottle.

   First visit to this local restaurant. Very good experience overall. Excellent food and very reasonably priced selection of wines. Warm welcome from the staff. A nice complement to their big brother ‘Trinity’. Will definitely be back.

   Completely surpassed expectations, food was fabulous, portions were incredible, service friendly and on point, wine recommendation was cracking too. Have already booked twice more!

   Splendid Sunday Supper. Great ambience. Good food. Great value, especially with Bottle Aposle deal. Just the right volume of banging background tunes.

    Really lovely meal with excellent service in relaxed restaurant . The food was different and delicious and we never felt rushed but had a great time .
