El establecimiento tiene el compromiso de ofrecer a sus comensales cervezas y licores únicos además de mostrar su pasión por la buena comida. Está ubicado en un histórico edificio restaurado con amplio jardín cerveza exterior, lo que convierte al restaurante en un lugar único en su tipo. Su cervecería produce hasta 12 cervezas de barril incluyendo las ale, pilsners, imperiales, cervezas claras y de temporada. Es la primer micro destilería en St. Louis en donde se fermenta y destila ron y vodka (tanto los puros como los que llevan especias y extractos naturales), ginebra y algunos deliciosos licores que puede probar en su set de degustación o mezclarlo con sus cocteles favoritos. Cuenta con un bar de servicio completo y una excelente carta de vinos disponible por copa o botella. Our lunch menu features sandwiches, soups, and fresh salads.
