Built right on the bank of the Guadalupe River, 1011 Bistro offers the most spectacular view in Kerrville. You will find something in our menu for a special occasion, family gathering, or just kick back with friends and a bottle of wine on our open terrace.

Our menu features some French and American specialties, as well as some Italian classics, with a touch of Texas. Appetizers include our famous Mussels in broth, baked Crab Cakes and crispy Calamari. You can also find salads, pasta dishes, steaks and fish. Did we mention all our desserts are homemade?

Our extensive wine list has something for everyone… California Cabernets and Zinfnadels, Italian Chiantis and Pinot Grigios, Malbecs from Argentina, and Australian Shiraz. Our menu is definitely wine-friendly.

En Ruth's Chris, los filetes se seleccionan con esmero de las mejores carnes de res de calidad USDA Prime. El restaurante añeja las carnes a la perfección y las corta a mano. Luego los filetes se asan, al gusto exacto de los comensales, a unos abrasadores 1.800º Fahrenheit para conservar los jugos naturales y el sabor de las carnes de animales alimentados con elotes.
