ONE by Spork is a NEW, immersive culinary experience from the James Beard nominated team behind Spork, featuring a single tasting menu with curated beverage pairings, served around an intimate 16-seat chef’s counter. Our cooking is hyper-scratch, using produce from our expansive on-site garden to make every plate a balance of tradition and creativity. Pairings are included, with a choice between a cocktail & wine pairing or an N/A pairing that's just as intentional & well-crafted. With one menu, one team, and one seating per night around a shared table, we invite you to let us take care of the details while you step into a guided culinary adventure.

Doors open at 6 PM; dinner begins at 6:30 PM. Reservations required. $275 pp (excludes tax+gratuity)

we eat at Siempra Algo a great deal and this meal was the most amazing we have ever had. the Canape with Fois Gas and A5 beef among other ingredients was luxurious and delicious. The Dayboat was one of the best pieces of Fish I have ever had. Just a wonderful experience all the way around. great Service and Wines.

Delicious Turkish food, very flavorful and nicely presented. We shared tasty cigarette borek, hummus and baba ganoush appetizers with wonderful home baked bread for dipping. For our main courses, three of us had lamb Adana Kebabs, nicely spiced and moist. Others had Shish Kebab and Chicken Kebab. We were all delighted with the food and service. The lunch entree portions are a perfect size so one can try an assortment of the numerous cold and hot appetizers. Turkish wines and Efes beer were the perfect accompaniments to our meals. The owner, Mr Akyuz, was a welcoming host. We wish him much success with Istanbloom and look forward to returning soon. Thank you!

We enjoyed our meal at Morcilla. The service was exceptional. We shared several delicious tapas plates of soft shelled crab, braised oxtails, fried artichokes and fresh bread. Our servers answered our questions about the food selection and were very attentive.

This was our first time in this beautiful space. It is just so cozy and well appointed; noise level low and perfect for conversation. Excellent service and every dish was delicious. The pork chop was a definite stand out and the focaccia course was really memorable, too. I don’t fuss about bread unless it’s special and this one was. INCREDIBLE WINE LIST. Crazy good. So many options, unique and varied. We will absolutely be back.

Dining at Arlecchino is an experience and may take time. We do allow 2 hours for parties of 2, 2.5 for parties 3-4 and 3 hours for parties over 5. Please be aware that your table may be booked after these time periods. If you would like to shorten your experience, please let us know!
