ONE by Spork is a NEW, immersive culinary experience from the James Beard nominated team behind Spork, featuring a single tasting menu with curated beverage pairings, served around an intimate 16-seat chef’s counter. Our cooking is hyper-scratch, using produce from our expansive on-site garden to make every plate a balance of tradition and creativity. Pairings are included, with a choice between a cocktail & wine pairing or an N/A pairing that's just as intentional & well-crafted. With one menu, one team, and one seating per night around a shared table, we invite you to let us take care of the details while you step into a guided culinary adventure.

Doors open at 6 PM; dinner begins at 6:30 PM. Reservations required. $275 pp (excludes tax+gratuity)

We had an amazing time! There’s truly nowhere else in Pittsburgh that offers this kind of unique tasting experience. Every pairing complemented the dishes perfectly, each bite and sip was thoughtfully curated and absolutely delicious. I'm so glad they shared the menu with us afterward, it’s something we’ll definitely be talking about and sharing with friends. Totally lived up to the hype!

We really had a great experience at Mary’s Vine starting with a delicious dinner of fresh Hawaiian snapper and a rose wine flight !! Our server Sara was so attentive and the ambience in this repurposed church is truly special! We also visited the Study cigar bar and had an espresso in this unique space !! Mary’s Vine is a true gem!!

We enjoy going to Mediterranean restaurants and glad we found Instanbloom when we were in the neighborhood. The food is excellent and our waiter was great. We had the gluten free rice pudding for dessert was special.
