Mr. Baan’s Bar and Mookata is a place to gather and share unique cocktails, wine, and spirits while feasting on charcoal grilled Thai barbecue.

Mookata translates is “cook it yourself” barbecuing experience. It consists of a domed grill surrounded by a moat of broth, which is enriched by the drippings of the meat. A mookata set comes with various marinated meats, vegetables, eggs, and dippings sauces. Come enjoy Mookata on Mr. Baan's patio which has misters when it's hot or heaters when it's col.

SHINBAY is Arizona's first and only Omakase restaurant. This exotic, multi-course dining experience ignites all the senses and inspires guests to explore uncharted flavors. Dinner is $285 per person, not including beverages and tax. Please allow approximately two hours for the dining experience. Dress code is casual and comfortable. We offer two seatings each evening, at 5:45 pm and 8:00 pm. Due to limited seating capacity, we require a credit card number to guarantee reservations. The "typical" American Steakhouse is dominated by a schedule, and guests expect food to be rushed to their table and eaten quickly. Here at Village Chophouse, we take a more relaxed approach. Plan for up to two hours, enoying a sit-down dinner where you can truly connect to those closest to you.

Our organic menu offers exquisite cuts of beef sourced from small farms in the United States such as Aspen Ridge, Snake River Farms, Cascade Creek and Niman Ranch. We also serve premium seafood and offer nightly specials. In addition to our regular menu our Chef creates a four-course tasting menu that changes monthly. All of this is complemented by an extensive wine list along with a seasonal Cocktail and beer menu.
